Welcome to Penthouse Paradise! New listing by premier host with history of 4.9 star reviews. Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful, 2-story 19th /20th floor direct oceanfront condo that sleeps up to 12 people. From the moment you enter the front door, you’ll be met with beautiful views of Daytona Beach. The large wrap-around balcony provides breath taking views of both the ocean (Sunrise) and inter-coastal (Sunset). It contains plenty of seating for everyone. Outdoor spaces include outdoor seating, outdoor eating, daybed, loungers, hammock, etc.

**********************************************our building is currently under construction. Our unit is completed with some new windows and sliding glass doors. Starting in OctoberThe work is being done between the 1st and the 7th floor. We are on 19 and 20. The balconies are available but we are not allowed to have permanent furniture but we do have chairs and loungers on the balcony for our tenants to enjoy. Please inquire with host for details *******************************************

The building construction was not a problem for our family. We loved the accommodations and the amazing views from this lovely penthouse condo! The host was very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. I would book this property again without hesitation. It was an amazing space and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach and surrounding activities in Daytona.

Our stay at the Penthouse Paradise was absolutely fantastic! Paul made sure everything was in order and cleaned for our stay and stayed in communication when needed. The views were incredible as well! My family said it was the best trip so far and we’ve been coming to horizons for about 4 years now!

The penthouse was a very nice place to stay for spring break with two adults and 5 teenage girls. The view was amazing, all the beds were very comfortable and more than enough room for everyone. Had a few small hick ups but the owners were super fast to respond and accommodating. Definitely would book again in the future.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo in Daytona Beach and can’t say enough good things about it! The host was incredible—so kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our family feel welcome and comfortable.The condo itself was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had so much space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. It felt like a home away from home. My husband completely fell in love with the couch (seriously, he’s still talking about it ), and the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—including my own!Everything about our stay was perfect, and it made our Jeep Beach trip even more special. We’ve already decided this will be our place to stay every year when we come for Jeep Beach. Highly, highly recommend!

Penthouse Paradise is well named. The two floor 3BR 3 Bath layout was ideal for our group. The building design is optimized for views of the ocean, the inter-coastal, as well as great views up the coast to the north and down the coast towards the space coast. Beautiful views any time of the day.

The host was informative and very kind, which made our stay even better. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the view was absolutely amazing. There was plenty of space for everyone, which was perfect for our group.The only downside was the construction. While we were aware of it ahead of time, there were moments at the pool where workers were sandblasting and debris was blowing toward us, which made it less enjoyable.Overall, it was a great place to stay. I just personally wasn’t a huge fan of Daytona.

Had people working on the patio entore time. The aor conditioning was broke and worh people on the balcony sanding and workin couldn't open doors was very loud. Most importantly we had no aor and couldn't be foxed durong our stay. It was hot thay week!

Let me start with the positives. The view from the 19th floor was amazing and as advertised! The beds were so comfortable. It was clean. Our host was nice, quick to respond to any and all concerns. Beach towels, chairs and canopy the owner had available was nice!Now unfortunately the negatives. Apparently there is a massive overhaul of the building going on that had to start every morning at dawn. Sounded like a jackhammer in the room every morning before 8 AM! The contractors for this had to use elevated scaffolding in order to access the upper floors. The security ropes for the scaffolding were draped across each of our balconies which unfortunately limited the views. The washer and dryer is outside the units and has to be shared with the other guest on the same floor. So 4/5 rooms with multiple people has to use 1 washer/dryer AND you have to pay per load. Key situation is bad. You have to have a physical key to get on the beach and back in the building the electronic keypad works for the door to the house only. Luggage carts are limited. Several pieces of the furniture are missing handles or broken.Overall our host was great to work with. The room was clean but all the negatives really take away from the views.

We are happy you enjoyed our penthouse but sorry to see the review regarding the items outside our control. We have in our summary the building has construction, although our unit is complete, This has been listed for the last 2 years and although there is construction in progress on floors 1 through 4 we rent this unit out weekly and other tenants have not had the same experience. We are a little surprised of the impact of the construction 15 floors away but we apologize. We also provide a dedicated cart just in case the building carts are not available. (which is located in the closet next to the front door as outlined in our guidebook) Also there is a key for access on and off property for the protection and safety of the owners and guests. We are only able to provide electronic access to our unit and have no control over the buildings access points. We are very concerned with your comment of missing handles or broken furniture, as this does not exist in the unit, and if you found something in the building we would like address it with our buildings management. We wish you could have provided some direct feedback and would welcome any details you can provide. We definitely strive to provide an amazing experience and the building renovation prevented that from becoming a reality. We hope to host you in the future post construction.

The views and condo were wonderful. Construction was going on at the time and the owner made every accommodation possible to make our stay enjoyable. He was very easy to communicate with and was attentive to our needs.

I would suggest texting inside of using the app for communication as people are on vacation and not looking at apps or emails. It suppose to be down time for all that. Even though the hvac went out the day before we arrived uncontrollably by the host we made it with the suggestion by the host and the fans that were provided by the host. Except for the ceiling fan not working in the bedroom next to the kitchen. Excellent views.

What a VIEW!
