This place was better than expected, the balcony was awesome and the view was stunning. The master bedroom and bathroom is practically the whole side of the condo. The beach was never packed with people. Perfect stay!!

Condo is as described. It was spacious and roomy. The covered parking was a plus. The beach nor pool were crowded and it was a very laid back resort. The host had good communication and staff were friendly. The view was beautiful and the pelicans flew over many times a day and were fun to watch from the room.They were renovating the building at our visit so it was a little loud (construction wise) at the pool.The condominium should create handicap access to the beach… there were several sets of steps to get to the beach making it hard if you had a senior with you.

Overall this unit was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time in Daytona. There is construction going on in the complex but it didn’t interfere with our unit. There was some issues with keys getting stuck in the door to the pool and beach access, but that’s the complex problem and not the condos . The wrap around balcony gave us some beautiful beach views. It was wonderful to sit out and have my morning coffee watching the sunrise. The kitchen could use some updating, though. But since we didn’t cook very much, it did not take away from our stay. I gave it a 5 star rating.

We had a wonderful stay here. Within 1 or 3 miles of the activities at Ocean Center. We did take Uber a lot as we were pressed for time. The pickup and drop location was a bit confusing due to construction. However, it worked. The property was beautiful. The balcony went around the whole condo. Layout was amazing! Great for hosting as well. We had everthing available to us; beach chairs, pool toys, etc. Great place to unwind after a busy weekend. Love the location right on the beach. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely consider the same location. Our host responded to us very quickly if we had questions

Property was exactly what what listed. It was perfect, clean and spacious, decor was just right for a beach condo and had everything we needed for our stay. Ginger was easy to contact and responded promptly and checked in to see how our stay was going. Lots of shops to choose from and location was very family friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit location was spectacular! Great sun rise and sunset from the balcony, very spacious. Unit was stocked with everything that you needed. There is some work being done on the other side of the building itself, but nothing disturbing at all as far as sound goes. The unit is really soundproof. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the password for the WiFi. Makes me think who ever set it was from the New Orleans areaThe only thing that bothered me a bit was one of the bedrooms has a lock on the closet and it says in the manual that it’s monitored. I don’t know how it’s monitored, but it would be quite concerning if it’s monitored by video because you don’t know if they’re filming in the bedroom also. That would be my only concern if I hade teenage or small children changing clothes in the room.
