OCEAN FRONT condo with wrap around balcony!

Please see below for construction updates - Hard Walls will be out middle of March which means the view and balconcy will be back in business. But construction is ongoing, please see below for more information.

Welcome to VACATION. All the comforts of home with the benefit of waking up and winding down with the soothing sounds of the ocean. Located in the quieter, northern part of Daytona Beach, just south of Ormond Beach and one mile north of the boardwalk and pier, Horizons Condo provides unobstructed, breathtaking views all around (please read construction updates). Offering assigned underground parking, 24 hour surveillance, keyed entry, on-site management, cable television and Wifi in every room, beachfront communal pool, and fitness center, what more could you ask for. Upon entering this 8th floor beachfront beauty, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with built in bar seating for two, a dining area for 6 that joins the living room overlooking the Atlantic. The primary bedroom welcomes you with plush bedding and an en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms down a separate hallway overlook the Intercoastal and cityscape of Daytona Beach, sharing the second bath. The wrap around balcony extends from the living area to the master bedroom, which has another balcony on the west side overlooking the Intercoastal (all balconies will not be accessible during construction). Weather permitting and minus the crowds, catch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center from the comforts of "home".

******UPDATES - There is an ongoing concrete/balcony restoration project for the building since Aug '22.
As of 02.20.2026
New Windows and doors are being installed and hard walls are due out middle of March. Our unit is located on the 8th floor and they have moved to floor 7 and downward, where loud construction noise will be heard during work hours of M-F 8 AM - 5 PM weather permitting.. If you have any questions, please reach prior to booking. We will share updates as we receive them.

This was a very good location for a non crowded and excellent beach condo experience. Will definitely recommend after construction though due to excessive noise inside the building. Other than that it was spacious and felt like home away from home.

Very nice condo, absolutely everything we needed was there..Slept 8 of us comfortably..We look forward to returning next year after the construction is complete. Property was absolutely amazing. I was apprehensive about the access to an 8th floor condo but this couldn't have been easier. The property was beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely book it again. There were great ideas for food etc there to give us ideas which were greatly appreciated.

They exceeded expectations!!!

This trip is one that was long overdue for my family and I. All I can say is that the property exceeded our expectations. We knew that there was going to be some minor construction going on, but honestly it didn't bother us in the least. The property was right on the beach, it was super clean and the host couldn't have been more gracious From letting us check in early to giving us an extra hour at checkout, she couldn't have been a better host! If we go back to Dayton Beach, we will definitely be staying here again! I would give it 10 stars if possible!!

Good but can use a bit of updating

The location and poolAnd ocean views were amazing. We did get awaken at 8am to the construction that was happening for the balcony renovations so beware if you’re looking to sleep in. The Master bed was a medium firm feel, the master bathroom did have dirt and hair on the floor that I had to clean myself , the vacuum did spit back out what I tried to clean so I think someone should clean that out. The 2 main frying pans were really used up and scratched from metal utensils- These could be replaced as Teflon’s are not safe to eat off. In the kids bunk bed room , the sheets on full bed and lower bunk beds were dirty with hair and had a gritty substance feeling. The cleaning person needs to do a Thorough cleaning as there were a ton of things under the kids beds. I don’t like to complain but wanted to share so owner is aware. Sarah was really responsive when I had questions. We enjoyed our stay overall. FYI- the wifi is really lagging and pauses on and off when watching tv or kids wanted to play their video games. The Netflix app didn’t work in the master bedroom ( I wanted to catch up on my show a couple of nights).
