Here even on the beach, you’re only a short walk from 5 fabulous one-of-a-kind restaurants and a Starbucks for your morning coffee. Let the sunrise over the ocean get you up in the morning. Play on the beach and in the pool all day. And then, take in the beautiful sunset over the river, and the city lights from the west balcony chairs before dinner. It is a comfortable, relaxed, well-appointed coastal vibe. Leave your cares behind as you cross the intercostal Dunlawton bridge 70 feet in the air and come down to island fun and a vacation to remember.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The place was right on the beach, which was very nice and convenient. Riptides, Peppers Mexican restaurant , and Boondocks were all very good food and nice environment. The only suggestion I would make is to supply more towels and bath clothes. Other than that our stay was wonderful. We hope to return next year.

We had our grandchildren with us and it was perfect. We were right on the beach and we could sit on the balcony and watch them in the pool and on the beach. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything that you might need. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful place! Lovely view and balcony! Loved the pool and surrounding area to enjoy the beach view and sounds! Would have enjoyed a screen on the door to prevent some unique bugs from invading the condo, but otherwise delightful!

Great week on the ocean. Sunrise right from the bedroom and living room, go out condo door to back deck and watch the sunset. Pictures in the add match what you get. Dean was a great host with detailed instructions and very responsive. Check in/out out was smooth with no interaction needed. Looking forward to our next visit to Daytona.

The Mattress on the King Bed was like sleeping on the floor. It was very uncomfortable. The A/C you couldn’t turn the thermostat down below 70. Other than that it was a nice place.

So sorry you found the king bed too firm for your taste. 70 degrees seems reasonable with a ceiling fan right over the bed. Unfortunately, if you set the AC below 70 the unit freezes up and you have no AC for 24 hours or till a repairman gets there. Hope you find a softer cooler place next time. All the best to you.

My family I were in town for the Thanksgiving holiday & had the pleasure of staying at this great condo the view was spectacular, it was quite, comfortable, very clean & very well kept, well stocked, we felt safe and Dean was a great host he answered us right away with whatever we needed. Week Long Getaway

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The property was spacious and had everything we needed. Mary, from Marys cleaning, stopped by and checked on us. The location was perfect and once the repairs from the hurricane are complete we will definitely return.

Why they chose this property

We chose this condo because it is on the "dead end" end of the peninsula so there's a little isolation from the traffic flow of Daytona and yet it is close to everything. And the top floor, of course, is always the best.

What makes this property unique

The uniquenesses here are: the floor-to-ceiling windows, the top floor, the spacious rooms, the balconies, with full east and west views, the beauty of the building, the pool, and the perfect wide, white, hard-sand beach. Even with the restaurants, stores and activities so close there is a feeling of peace, quiet, and calm as you move south of the Dunlawton, the last bridge to the mainland.
