3 Bedroom 2 bathroom condominium. Unit is completely furnished including washer / dryer, complete kitchen, linens & towels. Free Wifi, plus cable TV in all the bedrooms and living room. Private parking for one car. Heated pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. Master BR has King Bed, 2nd Bedroom has a king bed and third bedroom has two double beds. Balcony has incredible ocean view, and south facing exposure helps avoid heat. New Carpet throughout.

Had a WONDERFUL stay!

The condo was updated, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay to enjoy another day. Parking second vehicle on upper deck was tbe only issue we had. Several vehicles parked on upper deck without permit.

Nice condo, great location

The condo was very nice and had a great view of the beach. The beds were comfortable and the condo was full of amenities. Ken was great to work with and responded to any issues quickly. We enjoyed our stay. Just wish the weather had cooperated a little better.

Great condo

This condo is just beautiful with everything you need. We had a lot of space to do everything. Right on the beach - although unusually cold weather while we were there so we didn't go to the beach.

We had a lovely time at this Condo. Lizzie has it fresh and clean for us. We loved the ocean sounds. So relaxing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and there’s a WinnDixie a tenth of a mile away. Pool and hot tub were lovely too.

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful. It was easy from beginning to end. We had no issues at all. The house had everything you could need. The view was beautiful. Everybody in the building was very friendly and everything was clean from top to bottom! We would definitely stay again!

Great stay on the beach

Second time staying in this complex. We are always in Daytona for Kartweek and it is great to have a condo while we are there. Easy access to the beach. Super clean. Great thoughtful extra touches. Close to Daytona Speedway. Great Communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

Great condo! Super clean and very quiet. The only negative I could see was that there were ZERO umbrellas at the tables on the pool. There was no shade until late in the afternoon so umbrellas would have been a huge plus. Overall, fantastic place.

Great property but needs new TV in living room area as the one there is all green and dining room table is unstable. These are not complaints just suggestions for repair. We enjoyed our stay and would go again

Fabulous

My family and I had another memorable stay over Christmas break. Our 3 bedroom condo is perfect and clean. We are thankful for Ken and Nancy making it available to rent. We hope to be back again in 2yrs with an additional condo for more family. The beach access is perfect, grocery stores just down the street and great access to restaurants. The Dollar General across the street is great in case something is forgotten. We were also pleased to know there is recycling in the basement.

Fabulous, Comfortable and Relaxing

The Condo was so wonderful. This was our first time thru VRBO and the experience was great. Our Condo was clean, the beach was steps away and we had such a wonderful time. The Condo does supply beach towels and a few other beach items. The beds were absolutely the most comfortable beds I've slept in (wanted to take it home), so nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo and all the dished you would need. Love having the grocery store a few blocks away and multi car parking was not an issue. We will be staying here again. Stop looking and book it!!!!!

Beautiful Beach Condo

This condo is very large, tastefully decorated and well stocked. We loved the side view of the ocean. Much more private than looking out over the pool next to all the other balconies. We had a great time celebrating our granddaughters 7th birthday. Only one suggestion. If you ever need to replace the toilets, consider the high rise ones. The Old Folks with knee & hip issues found it a bit challenging. 🤭🚽. Thank you! Mike and Debbie
