Welcome to Opus where gourmet kitchens accompanied with luxury furnishings compliment the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and have great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, club room with billiards, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms. 6' garden tubs, over-sized balconies, and under-building assigned parking all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. Our Heating and AC, Water Heater, Washer/Dryer are all new with all new kitchen appliances. The flooring is a clean tile and luxury vinyl laminate flooring in bedrooms. The cutting-edge living room has a 65" TV. The kitchen is outfitted with new stainless-steel appliances, cooking and baking utensils, and full dish ware sets. This condo even includes all linens with some beach towels The over-sized balcony affords guests a breathtaking place to take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for this unit. In the garage we have shopping carts and luggage carts for your convenience. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking space is availability in the garage that's guaranteed. The parking garage entrance is located at the front, under the building. Trailers and recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on-site. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes.
Adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book this unit. This property does have a video doorbell at the front door.

Lost Fee of $25 for Parking Pass and $50 for garage door opener.
Turn thermostat to 73 degrees upon leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

As long time friends, business partners, and retired Police Officers we had dreams of having a place on the beach where we can visit while attending local races. We share ownership with a long term friend and we love to provide a clean, updated and fun place with our guests. We strive to make your experience a memorable one.
Why they chose this property
We chose to buy in Daytona Beach Shores because it is a community that is safe and affords us, as well as our guests, with conveniences like a Winn Dixie grocery store within a block, a Dollar General across the street from our unit, is a local 50's diner and Coney Dog restaurant within a block of the unit. There is a local bike, surf/boogie down boards, golf cart rental and anything you would want to rent near our unit.
What makes this property unique
This is a newer building having the first unit sold after being completed in 2011. Our unit is not just a VRBO used to rent only, We see this as our personal unit as we visit often so furniture is not cheap and mattresses are high quality hotel mattresses. Patio furniture is high grade beach furniture where you can relax in the morning watching the dolphins swim by and the sunrise or enjoy an evening listening to the crashing ocean waves.
