Walk out on to the large balcony from the bedroom or living room to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets or the sound of the crashing waves. This recently renovated condo boasts tile floors throughout with lots of glass allowing natural light to brighten your living space. The main living/dining area adjoins the well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit. Park in the free, cool, underground parking garage. Although the building has an elevator, it's not necessary to wait for it as this unit is on the second floor and you are only one flight of stairs away from the pool deck.

Love this place!

My husband and two of our friends stayed an extended weekend for the Daytona 500 and it was amazing Michelle is awesome! Right on the beach and only 15 mins away from track. Will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

Very Nice Property

This condo was great for us - 3 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 12). Second floor location made access convenient. Condo was decorated nicely. MIchelle's condo has a well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Lots of towels. Plus beach toys and games. This was an unplanned trip for us that Michelle made successful. She made sure we could easily contact her prior to, and after, our arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Although I'm new to short-term rentals, I have been in the rental market for over 20 years. I fell in love with the Daytona Beach area as a little girl and that love has not gone away. I have raised four children, who have blessed me with nine grandchildren, who all love then beach as well. As I'm nearing retirement, I sold some of my other rental property to purchase my dream vacation property. I chose this property as my home away from home so that my family has an amazing place to visit.

Why they chose this property

This home has beautiful oceanviews from all of the main rooms in the home. When on the large, private balcony, you hear and see the waves crashing. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony or take a few steps and enjoy walking along the beach as the sun breaks the horizon. At night, relax on your private balcony with your favorite meal or beverage while the sun sets behind the Halifax River.

Sandpoint Condominiums have a high percentage of owner-residents so the building is well-maintained, secure, and quiet compared to a hotel. The rooms are spacious and offer a lot of natural light. This condo is well maintained and offers additional conveniences to make you feel at home.
