The accommodation is located on the ground floor immersed in the 5000sqm private park of the residence "Punta Asfodeli" 20m from the sea with a large veranda from which you can admire beautiful sunsets over the sea. Very bright living room with a large window and 2 French doors, one standard and one sliding on the veranda. Double sofa bed, flat-TV, safe, extendable dining table with 6 chairs; kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, combi microwave / grill oven, and all necessary dishes; 1 bathroom with sink / toilet / shower; 1 bedroom with 1 window and 1 large wardrobe, 1 double bed and possibility 3 'extra bed in the room. In both rooms, powerful and adjustable ceiling fans will ensure the right cool in summer. On the veranda, hidden by the doors, the washing machine, the shoe rack and the closet. - Minors must be checked by adults to avoid damage to the apartment and themselves: we will not be held responsible in any case in case of accidents.
- Deposit € 200 to be paid in advance to the person of our trust upon delivery of the keys; the deposit will be returned upon return of the keys after checking for any damage, in which case it will be retained entirely.
