Self contained apartments for long term rentals.
Casa Isabel is a small boutique apartment/hotel that overlooks Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta. There are 5 self contained one bedroom units, 3 self contained studios and 1 two bedroom unit. Each with private bath, full kitchens, private balconies and their own HVAC system, please contact us directly for different rates based on room. There is a pool available as well as two infinity hot tubs but are currently closed due to Covid, these will reopen as permitted by local authorities. The restaurant overlooking Banderas Bay is scheduled to re-open mid- november. This is an outdoor restaurant and all Covid precautions are being taken. Currently we are operating as a long term apartment complex. As such stays we are only renting for 30 days or longer. As regulations permit we may choose to open for shorter stays.
Casa Isabel is a short ten minute walk to The Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta with great restaurants. A short walk back up the hill or a cab ride and you are back at Casa Isabel.
All Covid protocols are being followed with regards to cleaning and sanitizing.

Born in Liverpool, I moved to Canada to follow my true love. We built a business in Toronto, Canada in 1983 called The Madison Avenue Pub, in1986 we opened Paupers Pub and in 2000 we opened The Madison Manor Boutique Hotel. After vacationing for years in Mismaloya we finally bought Casa Isabel in 1995. Originally a single home we built a small property with self contained rooms to rent to our friends. This turned into a property that we loved so much we wanted to share with everyone and started to rent out to more then friends. In 2009 we built the beautiful restaurant on the upper level with the most amazing sunset views of Banderas Bay.

We are located on the side of the mountain in the Romantic Zone with exceptional views. Removed enough from the hustle and bustle but still right there within a three minute walk of it all. We have fully self contained units with full kitchens and bathrooms and HVAC systems. Ideal people who want to get away and still feel safe.
