Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la posizione della casa, pulita e ben organizzata, è a dir poco perfetta, direttamente sul mare ha una splendida vista sulle isole pontine, il panorama è quindi unico. L'ingresso al mare è privato e quindi garantisce una totale privacy; la discesa a mare è rapida e facile. Il mare è splendido e per chi ama lo snorkeling è davvero divertente perché si nuota praticamente in un acquario. Che dire... spero di tornarci

Unique situated house

The house is situated just by the sea and has private access to the sea. The garden is perfect, with a lot of places to enjoy the view both in the sun or in shadow. The house is not too big, but good organized. A couple of km to a nice village with good restaurants and the service one can need. The landlord is really nice and gave a lot of good suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area.

Einzigartige Lage am Meer

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein ehemaliges Gästehaus in der großzügigen Gartenanlage einer 1950er-Jahre-Villa direkt am Meer, heute mitten in einem Naturschutzgebiet. Es ist die privilegierteste und teuerste Wohnlage in der weiteren Umgebung. Das Haus ist eher klein und bescheiden, jedoch mit allem nötigen gut und liebevoll ausgestattet. Sehr schöne Terrasse unter Schatten spendenden Bäumen mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf das Meer und die Insel Ponza. Eigener Grillplatz und Meereszugang über die Klippen, allerdings nur bei geringem Wellengang möglich und für Kinder wohl eher zu gefährlich. Sehr nette private Vermieter, die gleich nebenan wohnen und sich sofort um jedes Anliegen kümmern, sonst aber sehr zurückhaltend sind. Ein automatisches Tor und eine hohe Mauer sorgen für ein angenehmer Gefühl von Sicherheit. Fazit: Einzigartiges Ferienhaus für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub direkt am Meer.
