Ottima struttura

ottima struttura per otto persone adulti/bambine adolescenti- spazi ampi per tutti. Giardino molto curato. Comodo l'uso della spiaggia privata con cabina ombrellone e sdraio. Molto gentile Giulio il proprietario.

Una settimana rilassante

Abbiamo soggiornato, insieme ad altre due coppie di amici, per una settima a settembre. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario, gentile e disponibile. La casa è spaziosa e attrezzata, il giardino ben curato con una comoda doccia esterna con acqua calda. La spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi, è dotata di lettini e ombrellone. Consigli costruttivi per Giulio per togliere il pelo dall'uovo...: una tenda per la doccia esterna e due sdraio in giardino. Grazie e arrivederci Luigi

Casa ampia e spaziosa con un gran bel giardino con doccia calda annessa! Alcune pecche: la moquette sulle scale interne vecchissima e sporca, le scale esterne con gradini arrugginiti pericolosi per bimbi piccoli sotto i 4anni! Se il proprietario fa una manutenzione in tal senso sarebbe perfetta X famiglie con tutte le esigenze

La villa rispecchia quanto indicato nell'annuncio inoltre il giardino è un ottimo ulteriore elemento che abbiamo sfruttatto durante il soggiorno (docce/barbecue/spazio libero). La spiaggia privata è controllata e ben custodita.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable, très propre, très bien équipée. La plage à proximité est très tranquille même en plein mois d'août. Les commerces sont à proximité. Le propriétaire est disponible, réactif et agréable. Abiamo passati un molto buono soggiorno. La casa è molto piacevole, molto proprio, attrezzata molto bene. La spiaggia è vicino molto tranquilla stesso in mese di agosto. I commerci sono vicino. Il proprietario è disponibile, reattivo e piacevole.

The house is fully justif...

The house is fully justified our expectations. The advantages of much more than that indicated on the website. Cleanliness and order, a beautiful area. In the house there is everything needed for the kitchen. Comfortable beds, clean and beautiful linen;. Quite near supermarket, good and uncrowded beach. A great place to relax. Special thanks to the owner of the Villa for attention . He and I met in the airport of Rome part of our group and spent . Recommend to all the rest, you will not be disappointed.

"la casa è conforme all''annuncio, abbiamo avuto la graditissima sorpresa di trovare una doccia nel giardino. al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa gradevole anche se non molto pulita, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le stoviglie ed il barbecue, nonostante il primissimo disagio ci siamo trovati molto bene: la casa è grande e comoda, il giardino e la vicinanza al mare impagabili. il proprietario molto cortese e disponibile."
