A detached house with 1600m2 floor is available, which is surrounded by a fence. In addition, the house is equipped with a private Hauseingangstor.
The house is in the countryside in quiet surroundings, 5 km from the big town (Terracina) away.
The 3rd 5 room apartment with 93m2 of living space makes a holiday feel like home. Before the entrance has a covered courtyard with a large table and enough chairs to eat comfortably or to enjoy the beautiful weather. The closest beach promises lots of rest and relaxation. Recently many popular beaches such as Sperlonga, Gaeta, etc. in a short time to reach by car.
There is also the possibility to visit the nearby island of Ponza. The beautiful island with turquoise water is a major highlight for tourists and locals.
