A detached house with 1600m2 floor is available, which is surrounded by a fence. In addition, the house is equipped with a private Hauseingangstor.
The house is in the countryside in quiet surroundings, 5 km from the big town (Terracina) away.
The 3rd 5 room apartment with 93m2 of living space makes a holiday feel like home. Before the entrance has a covered courtyard with a large table and enough chairs to eat comfortably or to enjoy the beautiful weather. The closest beach promises lots of rest and relaxation. Recently many popular beaches such as Sperlonga, Gaeta, etc. in a short time to reach by car.
There is also the possibility to visit the nearby island of Ponza. The beautiful island with turquoise water is a major highlight for tourists and locals.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft an einem sehr ruhigen Ort die Unterkunft ist 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt als Familie .

Wunderbare Urlaubsregion fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber.Sie liegt auf einem wunderschönen,sonnigen GrundstĂŒck. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes gab es leider ein kleineres Problem mit der Wasserversorgung.Herr Grossi hat sich umgehend gekĂŒmmert und das Problem wurde sofort beseitigt.Er ist jederzeit ansprechbar und erreichbar fĂŒr seine Mieter. In unmittelbarer Umgebung ist ein Mini Markt fĂŒr die Dinge des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs.Das Meer ist nah,warm,sauber und flach.Es sorgt daher auch fĂŒr kleinere Kinder fĂŒr BadevergnĂŒgen.Die Preise in der Region sind nicht ĂŒberteuert und die kleinen StĂ€dte in der Umgebung laden zu AusflĂŒgen ein.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Fondi PropriĂ©taire accueillant et serviable Maison idĂ©alement placĂ©e pour aller Ă  la plage Ă  pied, avec les commerces Ă  proximitĂ© IdĂ©alement bien placĂ© pour visiter Rome, Naples, PompĂ©i (en train gare proche et peu chĂšre Ă  la journĂ©e) Ne pas manquer de visiter les villages de Fondi, Sperlonga, Terracina, Gaeta, et un dĂ©tour est nĂ©cessaire dans le petit village atypique de Lenola et surtout l’üle de Ponza Nous recommandons le logement

ho soggiornato in questa casa ad agosto 2016 insieme alla mia famiglia (eravamo in 5). villetta molto ben curata e pulita. E' situata in una zona silenziosissima e a poca distanza dal mare... IL proprietario Ăš stato gentilissimo e ci ha lasciato piena libertĂ  di movimento! ottima scelta per chi come me ha dei figli piccoli. unica pecca: il letto matrimoniale davvero troppo scomodo!!!

Vacanze da ripetere !

Caro Giovanni I miei tre figli ed io veniamo da un periodo non molto felice. Per questo motivo quest`estate volevamo iniziare le nostre vacanze in maniera un po` diversa del solito. Attraverso una felice coincidenza abbiamo saputo della tua attraente offerta. In maniera semplice e spontanea ci siamo incontrati e siamo subito entrati in affari. Durante il viaggio l`attesa e la curiosita’ era grande, pero’ devo dire che non siamo stati delusi. Abbiamo trovato una bella casa spaziosa, pulita e accogliente con tutte le comodità. Senza parlare della splendida posizione geografica, un mix tra mare e campagna. La vicinanza prossima di un mare pulito e della cittadina molto viva di Terracina ci ha reso le nostre giornate e serate rilassate e variate. Anche l’aspetto culturale none ù venuto a mancare, considerando il passato storico della zona. Tirando la somma posso dire che ho trascorso con i miei figli una settimana indimenticabile. Non posso fare altre che raccomandare quest’indirizzo a chiunque voglia trascorrere delle belle vacanze. Voglio ringraziare te, Giovanni e la signora Maria per la gentilissima disponibilità. GerÀumige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Waren 14 Tage mit 2 Kindern am Urlaubsort. Wurden vor Reiseantritt gut informiert, dort nett empfangen und es wĂ€re auch bei Problemen immer jemand erreichbar gewesen. FĂŒr uns als Eltern sehr entspannt, da die Kinder sich auf dem GelĂ€nde frei bewegen konnten. Zimmer sind sehr großzĂŒgig geschnitten und es ist alles Notwendige zum Kochen, Waschen, Putzen etc. vorhanden. Der Strand ist auch in nĂ€chster NĂ€he. Hatten insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ruhige schöne Ferien

Die Wohnung ist grosszĂŒgig und bietet angenehm Platz. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gerĂ€umig und es ist alles vorhanden, was zum Kochen gebraucht wird. Gute Pizzeria und LebensmittellĂ€den sind bequem per Fuß zu erreichen. Das Bad ist super praktisch und DuschtĂŒcher und Waschmaschine, alles ist vorhanden und sauber! Auch die Wohnung und Sitzplatz waren im sauberen Zustand. Der grosszĂŒgige Sitzplatz bietet auch am Mittag angenehm Schatten. Die NĂ€he zum sehr schönen und ĂŒberhaupt nicht ĂŒberlaufenen Strand von Salto di Fondi haben wir sehr geschĂ€tzt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub und können dieses Ferienhaus ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

ruhige Lage mit grosszĂŒgigem Umschwung

Die Wohnung ist grosszĂŒgig und bietet angenehm Platz fĂŒr bis zu 6 Personen. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gerĂ€umig und es ist alles vorhanden, was zum Kochen gebraucht wird (grosser Kochherd und KĂŒhlschrank). LebensmittellĂ€den sind in Gehdistanz vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine im Bad ist super praktisch und DuschtĂŒcher und Bettlaken, alles ist vorhanden und sauber! Auch die Wohnung und Sitzplatz waren im sauberen Zustand. Der grosszĂŒgige Sitzplatz bietet auch am Mittag angenehm Schatten. Die NĂ€he zum sehr schönen und ĂŒberhaupt nicht ĂŒberlaufenen Strand von Salto di Fondi haben wir sehr geschĂ€tzt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub und können dieses Ferienhaus ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

erholsame Ferien

Die Angaben auf der Homepage entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Alle aufgelisteten Punkte sind vor Ort wiederzufinden. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und ausreichend fĂŒr 6 Personen. Das Haus ist sauber und von herrlichen Pflanzen umgeben. Der EigentĂŒmer hat uns gut vorbereitet und uns alle Informationen frĂŒhzeitig zukommen lassen. Wir haben die Zeit im Ferienhaus in der ruhigen Umgebung sehr genossen. Die Besichtigung der verschiedenen StĂ€dte waren eine gute Abwechslung. Der nahegelegene Strand ist zudem sehr empfehlenswert. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und auch fĂŒr kleine Kinder geeignet.

Erholung und Entspannung auf eine etwas andere Art

Leute die auf eine alternative Art und Weise Erholung und Entspannung suchen, sind hier bei der richtigen Adresse. Weg vom grossen Tourismusrummel, dafĂŒr viel schöne Natur rundherum, naturbelassene Strandgebiete, etc. Und wenn man Lust verspĂŒrt unter den Leuten zu gehen und etwas erleben zu wollen, bieten verschiedene StĂ€dtchen in der NĂ€he die Möglichkeiten dazu. Kilometerlange Wanderungen dem Wasser entlang, Fahrradtouren oder einfach zu Fuss unterwegs zwischen den lĂ€ndlichen Kulturfeldern sind nur einige der Möglichkeiten fĂŒr Naturliebhaber die Sinne zum Leben zu erwecken. Die Leute sind freundlich und herzlich, sowohl in den QuartierlĂ€den als auch in der Nachbarschaft. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gepflegt, grossrĂ€umig, und vor allem 'kĂŒhl' bei heissen Temperaturen! Die KĂŒcheneinrichtung ist etwas einfacher und weniger luxuriös im Vergleich zum schweizer Standard, aber es lĂ€sst sich auch so gut leben in den Ferien. Wir werden die vielen schönen Stunden auf der Terrasse beim Haus zu und die grundsĂ€tzliche Ruhe in unseren Ferien noch lange in Erinnerung behalten. G+H

schöne erholsame Ferien

Das Haus bietet allen Komfort: ruhige Lage, grosser Garten, schöner Sitzplatz, in dessen Schatten sich in der Mittagszeit gut relaxen liess, KĂŒche gut ausgestattet, Bad mit Waschmaschine! Schlafzimmer gross und in der Nacht angenehm kĂŒhl. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und genossen die NĂ€he zum Strand! Der Strand ist schön, sauberes, klares Wasser und absolut nicht ĂŒberfĂŒllt! Empfehlenswert! Auch sind weitere, schöne StrĂ€nde in nĂ€chster NĂ€he erreichbar und die Orte Sperlonga und Terracina sind auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, sei es um zu Shoppen oder am Abend zum Flanieren und Nachtessen!

super Ferienhaus

Supper Lage, zu fuss ist man in 10 min am Meer. Toller Strand, bietet beides an privat oder frei. Sauberkeit exellent. ruhige lage, sehr wenig verkehr einkaufs möglickleiten sehr in der nÀhe. sehr empfehlenswert.
