Casa Mario, Nice and quite apartment, Located in real center of Terracina, just between modern part and hystoric side of Terracina. Ideal place if you want visit Terracina and stay in the center, reach beaches in 10 min or go for shopping in Via Roma and Viale Vittoria main two streets, going to beaches only 700mt, everything is walking distance Fish and Fruit/vegetables market only 3 min walk, same for the Supermarket, 300mt to Bus Station to get direct train to Monte San Biagio station then train to Rome and visit the old city or even get to Naples. WiFi is free using 3G connection make sure to ask for it. We usually rent for 2 weeks from Sat to Sat but 1 week can be available on request.

Great Location, great rooms in the center of Terracina, all walking distance no need of a car.

Everything worked well in Marco's apartment, we have spent 5 days here in Terracina, where we have enjoyed beaches and some nightlive with aperitiv in Old Town almost every day, but also being in 3 person occupying we could have dinner on balcony. I still reccomend this place for cleaning of the place and kindness for our host. We are planning to come a week for next year. Thanks Eugenia and Vladimir.

Die Wohnung ist noch viel besser als auf den Fotos. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles top-sauber und gepflegt. Mit regionaler Keramik und hübschen regionalen Details. Es bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Städtchen ist ein Traum, die Lage direkt neben der Altstadt ist perfekt. Man ist umgeben von vielen Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants, ist aber auch zu Fuß gleich beim Meer. Wir haben uns selten in einer Wohnung wohler gefühlt. Kein Massentourismus - hier ist man mittendrin im authentischen Leben dieses entzückenden Städtchens. Am Strand gibt es feinen Sand und es eröffnen sich immer wieder herrliche Ausblicke auf die Insel gegenüber und den Jupitertempel, der hoch über Terracina thront. Die Lage der Wohnung könnte besser nicht sein und der Vermieter hilft mit Rat und Tat ... Danke Marco für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Agosto tranquillo,rilassante e divertente a Terracina

E' la terza estate che soggiorno con la famiglia in questo appartamento. E' inutile dire che ci troviamo veramente bene. La casa è molto comoda e abbastanza grande da poter ospitare anche cinque persone. E' composta da un bel salone con balcone con vista mare e Circeo ,salotto e sala da pranzo comodissimi; due grandi camere da letto con armadi ,una cucina molto grande con tutto il necessario per cucinare e una cosa molto importante la presenza di due bagni e di un ripostiglio e due bei condizionatori. Interessante il fatto che sia situata tra il bellissimo centro storico e la zona prettamente turistica a ridosso del lungomare.con tutti i negozi e supermercati. La città è molto viva soprattutto per i giovani ma anche per le famiglie.Non manca proprio nulla per poter passare una bellissima vacanza.

Grazie per il tempo dedicato a scrivere i vostri commenti sulla casa e sui dintorni, e' un piacere avervi avuti come ospiti, la casa è posizionata in un punto strategico (metà strada tra Centro Storico ed il Mare) per apprezzare le bellezze di Terracina, fortunatamente non viviamo di solo mare, nel nostro centro storico abbiamo il Museo, il Palazzo della Bonifica, il Foro Romano, l'antica Via Appia ed una Cattedrale storica del XII secolo, oltre a diverse attività di ristorazione tra le migliori della provincia di Latina

Marco war sehr hilfsbereit freundlich und nett. Die Wohnung war perfekt gelegen in der Altstadt und keine 5 Minuten ins Zentrum. Wohnung ist schön groß, alles da was man benötigt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. 10 Gehminuten zum wunderschönen langen Strand von Terracina. Werde bestimmt öfters kommen. Danke auch für die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten Kuchen war sehr lecker! La descrizione dell'immobile contenuta nell'annuncio ,riguardo anche alla sua posizione ,corrispondeva esattamente alla realtà. La casa si presentava pulita e in ottime condizioni. The perfect holiday

We had a really good time in Terracina. Marco is a perfect host. It was a pleasure to stay in his apartment. The apartment is very good for 4 persons and has everything that you need on your holiday. The interior is beautiful. Especially the view from the balcony is wonderful. The apartment is situated in the historic center and not far away from the beach. This is perfect because you can reach nearly everything by foot. Near the apartment are also many very good restaurants. It was our second stay at this apartment and will come again in the coming years. Grazie mille Marco for the nice holiday!!!

Very nice appartment to stay

Very spacious appartment (two bedrooms and two bathrooms). Good place in the city: old town center - few minutes, supermarket - few minutes, bus station - few minutes beaches - 10 minutes. Nice view to the city and the see from the balcony. Very helpful owner of the appartment. Definitely would come there again in the future.

Wonderful flat, well-equipped, you will find there everything what you need! Perfect location - in the center of Terracina, this is very important factor, because last year we lived in a 20-minute walk by foot from the center. Very nice view from the window. Good price for this quality! I can recommend for everybody! And big thanks for owner of that flad very responsive and nice person, always ready to help with the necessary information!

We had a trip with 5 years old child. Everything was fine. Very nice flat! Perfect location - in the center of Terracina. One of the best pizzeria of Terracina is located near. 20-minute walk by foot from the center. Wonderful view from the balcony. Good price for this quality! I can recommend for everybody!

"We''ve spent lovely 2 weeks with my family at Terrachina in August, 2013. Terrachina is a very Italian town. the apartment has a great location - just close to wonderful old town, so you can feel both the old and modern Italy. There is a rather steep rise from the beach to the apartment. It was a good training for us but it may be hard for a person for example with cardiology problem. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Marco is a very hospitable, his tour over Terrachina at the first day and advices were very nice and useful. Thank you, Marco."

"Casa molto bella, pulita...

"Casa molto bella, pulita, con uno splendida vista su un giardino e non lontano il mare insieme ad un bel tramonto... Ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario, sempre disponibile alle nostre domande. Io e mio marito abbiamo passato 2 settimane in piena'' tranquillita'' a giugno insieme ai ns due figli di 7 e 10 anni. La casa e'' dotata di tutti i confort ad eccezzione della lavastoviglie, ma non e'' stato nessun peso. Centralissima a Terracina lungo la salita che collega la parte moderna alla parte antica, tutto si puo'' fare e vedere a piedi, spiaggia comoda da raggiungere in 10min, supermercato e lo shopping a soli 200mt. I bambini sono rimasti entusiasti del centro storico con i suoi bar, pizzerie, ristoranti sia carne che pesce a prezzi buoni. Unico neo il sabato sera quando c''e'' troppa gente in giro fino a tarda serata, ma questo vale in tante citta'' turistiche. Consigliata per andare a Roma in treno noi l''abbiamo fatto per i ragazzi la stazione dista solo 10 min. In zona molte località da visitare (in particolare Sperlonga, Ninfa, Ponza e le dune spiaggie di Sabaudia, ecc). Casa ampia e confortevole all''altezza delle nostre aspettative."

I just envy those lucky e...

I just envy those lucky enough to stay in the apartment, which rents Marko. Its a native home, excellent location, all comfort, there are no minus at all, some fatty pluses.Marko a very nice person and very attentive.I like it too much.Me and my friend rent this apartment not the first time in Terracina, and never dissapointed.Thanks to Marco, we love Terracina!!!!!

"We totally enjoyed our stay in Terracina.Marco speaks English very well and trying to help gave us maps and a lot of useful information.There is an amazing historical center not far from the appartment.There is a restaurant with homemade italian cuisine that was recommenended us by Marco.Also he showed us a fishing cooperative where there are a lot of prepared dishes made of fish and seafood.Municipal beach is very bad,but paid one is a good one.There is a tasty homemade pizza that is sold right on the beach. We liked the interior of the flat. It is comfortable,cosy,light and fresh even without an aircondition(but there is a condition) Thank Marco for his hospitality."

La casa é difficile da ra...

La casa é difficile da raggiungere senza auto, l'ingresso si trova su una via con una salita molto ripida, raggiungerla a piedi è una fatica, non parliamo poi se si devono trasportare borse della spesa o carrozzine. Molti oggetti della casa sono fortemente usurati...gli schienali delle sedie si smontano se semplicemente vi si appoggia,una lampada che appoggia su un supporto circolare deve essere accostata alla parete perchè ha un basamento che non la regge più in piedi,in uno dei due bagni la vaschetta non funziona e per "tirare lo sciacquone" si è costretti a riempire un secchio d'acqua per poi svuotarlo nella tazza. Anche le attrezzature per la pulizia sono usurate..abbiamo dovuto comprare le mollette per il bucato e lo scopettone in particolar modo(oggetti che abbiamo poi lasciato nell'appartamento per i prossimi inquilini) perchè quelli dell'appartamento erano troppo rovinati.

Ideal apartment in the center of Terracina, no needs to have a car since everything is walking distance, between modern part and Old town, just right to feel the atmosphere of Italians. During Summer season we usually take rental for 2 or 3 weeks. If rest period available we rent for less days like a week.

What makes this property unique

I have been living in this apartment for 10 years and is so convenient to reach any interesting place in Terracina just walking distance of 200/300mt and 700mt to reach both beaches.
