-Kitchen equipped with everything for cooking (no dishwasher) .
- 4th Floor in building with elevator
Right in the center of Terracina, residential condo of 8 apartment, last floor of condo, Ideal to reach the beach in 5 minutes or 250mt walk, places by the sea like White Beach or Orsa Maggiore.
The apartment "Casa Falcone" is located in the center of Terracina, just off shopping street Viale Vittoria, on last floor of building composed of only eight big apartments.
- It is recently and completely refurbished end february 2018. Large living room with TV, sofas, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a bright and spacious kitchen (no dishwasher) with access to veranda and balcony offering a beautiful view of Park Villa Tommasini and sea, ideal for breakfast, lunch & dinners. The floor of apartment is all over in italian ceramic bright colour.

"Casa Falcone" has completed Samsung air-conditioned and has independent heating for winter stays. Satellite TV. WiFi can be available on specific request with limited Gigabyte during your stay.

Thanks to its central location you can easily reach pharmacies 200mt, small supermarkets 50mt, bars pizzeria and restaurants 100mt, various commercial shops activities. The sea and its golden beaches are only 250 meters away, within walking distance on Viale della Vittoria or through Villa Tommasini Park ideal for baby of 3-7 years old covered by pine trees.

ELECTRICITY ONLY Expense to pay separate: due to high cost of electricity in Italy, I request "on-site" a payment for consumption based on actual/counter, for each kwat used, usually it depends mainly from Air Condition, Hairdry, Wash Machine, but can be around 30-40 euro a week to pay end of your stay. Hot/Cold Water and Gas for Cooking are already included in this amount.
GOOD TO KNOW: Standard rent in summertime will be for at least 2 weeks period June to September. One week rental can be available on specific request if there are some weeks left.
DAY OF RENT: usually should start on Saturday or Sunday.

BOX/GARAGE: in case you need a private box/garage for your car, can be available in same building with extra payment a day of TEN euro with exception of July and August that will be 15 Euro a day.

RENTAL: when asking period for 3 weeks there is always a discount from rate. Rental for 2 weeks in summer months.

HEATING for winter time mid November to mid March will be available with a surcharge by Counter Use around 5 or 10 euro a day.

Everything promised and more!

We were so impressed with this apartment! It was clean, spacious. Better than expected! The view from the balcony was amazing! Our host, Marco, couldn't be nicer! Making sure our stay was perfect. He provided us information about Terracina such as the interesting sights and the best restaurants! All in all a wonder experience for our "trip of a lifetime"!

Great place, great relax, together with nice host.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed in a hotel last year but this was much better. Beautiful large veranda with views of relaxing the the beach. In this apartment we got everything we need to relax 2 weeks in may. We travel with our car, and we got not difficult to find a park space. No noisy at all since there are no music bar around, no main street close to this apartment. Camilla was excellent host together with her husband. Main advantage was our veranda for eating outside fresh in the evening. Good point is distance to beach just less than 5 min walk. Small local supermarket just 1 min walk on same street. Place really in the center of main activities in Terracina. I will strong reccomend it.

Central Terracina

This is a spacious, clean apartment in the center of Terracina. Marco is a great host, and was always immediately available, and had left food on arrival. PROS: Spacious, clean 3 bedrooms Small parking space in basement Central location, close to beach and restaurants CONS: We stayed during peak holiday week in Italy, and during a drought and heatwave, so some factors may be season-dependent ; Wi-Fi was intermittently slow. Water had intermittent low flow. Electricity is extra (was $150 for 2 weeks, using AC). AC is in master bedroom, and two common areas. Parking space only fits a micro car (e.g. Panda) so don’t rent a family size car. Overall we had a great time in Terracina.

Great relax time in winter time, lovely fresh fish.

Terracina with my friends within Febbraury 2018. The rented apartment in reality fully matches the description and photos published at the web site. Good central heating to warm up for few hours the place. The apartment was clean and light and had all the appliances necessary for a comfortable stay. Our favourite place of the apartment was the living room with a panoramic window and the veranda-balcony. Different restaurants nearby the apartment just a 5 min walk on shopping street like Viale Vittoria or Via Roma. The apartment is ideally located: two minute walk to the beach; 10 min to historical center and market are also in a few minutes walking distance; supermarket are also very close – you can enjoy at Caffe Somma a fantastic cappuccino and special “bomba” desert, or some easy Fish Restaurant like Ernesto on Piazzale Lido. In the apartment you can find all the necessary information about the places of interest, restaurants and other places which are worth visiting. we have visited the cities which are close to Terracina (Sperlonga, Sabaudia, San-Felice-Circeo), national park and managed to go to Rome and Pompei, and Sorrento by rented car. Each evening we had a pleasure to return to our comfortable apartment and immediately had a seat on the balcony to hear the sound of the sea. We would definitely come again to Terracina and to this apartment and absolutely recommend this place of stay.

Great central location with nice seaview.

Everything worked well since first communication with Camilla and Marco, the place is well located next to main shopping street, small supermarket really close on same street, but then you can enjoy a Fish and Fruit daily market close to Canal with less then 10 min walk. Terrace was just great and inside we got a lot of space, we travel as two couples and we have enjoyed Terracina Old Town with different small place where to eat every day. we hope to come back next year, Thanks Martin

Riposato all'inizio di ottobre. L'eccellente posizione della casa Falcone. Splendida vista sul parco e sul mare. Posto molto tranquillo e allo stesso tempo nel centro della città. La casa è molto accogliente, tutto è creato per il comfort: letti confortevoli, una grande terrazza con tenda da sole, un grande tavolo da pranzo, sedie a sdraio. Buon cibo: tanti piatti diversi per cucinare, un grande frigorifero. Marco è costantemente in contatto, tutte le domande che aiuta a risolvere. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, torneremo sicuramente! Sono stato ospite con la mia famiglia di Casa Falcone lo scorso fine settimana.Quello che posso dire è che l'appartamento è semplicemente fantastico . Totalmente ristrutturato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Si tratta di una casa molto grande tre camere ,due bagni ,un ampio salone e una comodissima cucina abitabile e infine un grande terrazzo con vista mare.Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari ed è dotata di tutto ciò che serve in una casa. Insomma è veramente adatta per passare una bella vacanza veramente comoda e serena.Non parliamo poi della posizione :semplicemente fantastica. In centro, quindi con tutti i negozi e supermercati appena fuori il portone del palazzo e con una bellissima pineta proprio di fronte a due passi dal mare. La spiaggia di Terracina con i suoi stabilimenti e divertimenti infatti è proprio a pochi metri . Semplicemente eccezionale!

Casa Falcone is located just of from Noisy street like Viale della Vittoria or Viale Circe, very quite even in the evening since Music Bar are quite far from apartment.

Why they chose this property

Totally renovated in 2018, beautiful apartment last floor of residential center building in a condominium of 8 apartments, very quite and we need respect for other neighbors. Close to beach only 200mt walk, silence and quite since is out from Restaurant and Bars area of seaside. Nice view from this large balcony.
