Very nice home and location close to the beach

Very clean home and very nice owner Marco. We were surprised by their hospitality. After arrival we found water and wine in the refrigerator. Oil was provided, too. You can seat and eat on the nice veranda. TV is available, too. There is an extra fee for linen, if you do not bring yours. However, Marco finally did not want to take it. Sumnary: very nice home and owner and a perfect location for beach, and trips to Napoli and Roma. Dear Marco, thanks again and take care!

Una bella sistemazione per una vacanza all’insegna del relax

Una bella casa con grande spazio esterno, dove ognuno può trovare il suo posto preferito. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, l’autobus parte all’angolo successivo circa ogni ora per Terracina e San Felice Cicero. Abbiamo avuto una vacanza meravigliosa, grazie di cuore a Marco!

Awesome vacation spot!

Our flight schedule changed and we arrived late night to the property . Despite late hour Marco waited for us at the property with keys and warm welcome. Fresh fruits and plenty of water in refrigerator… he is such a great host. Place was super clean and functional with all you need to cook or grill. Perfect location ; close to breakfast bar , grocery store and beach …just down the street He recommend wonderful places to eat ( places popular with locals ) yummy and very affordable. This is my favorite place on the West coast …I definitely will be back to stay there again! Thank you Marco!

Schöne Tage im Strandhaus

Alles, wie beschrieben, sauber und ordentlich. Sehr freundliche, angenehmer Vermieter. Ein passender Rost und ein Blech für den Backofen wären noch schön, sonst nichts auszusetzen.

Casa molto graziosa, comoda, ben accessoriata seppur mancante di connessione internet.

La vicinanza al mare e il patio sempre ventilato sono sicuramente dei punti di forza. I letti sono molto comodi, che in vacanza non guasta😊, e la pulizia e le rifiniture della casa la rendono sicuramente accogliente. Il propietario è stato gentile e disponibile.

Отличный дом рядом с морем

Для нашей семьи с 3-х летним мальчиком это идеальный дом с идеальным местоположением. В этом году мы второй раз приехали к Марко и, надеюсь, не последний. В доме есть все необходимое для отдыха с ребенком. До моря, а главное, обратно ребенок идет своим ходом без проблем, несмотря на усталость после купания (расстояние действительно небольшое). Но шум моря и всё, что с этим связано, уже не беспокоят. Супермаркет рядом (в доме есть велосипеды) и самое главное - он не закрывается на сиесту. Кафе с вкуснейшей пиццей и русскоговорящим персоналом находится у моста через реку. Там же и палатка со свежими фруктами. Кстати, фотография дома на сайте не отражает действительности. Сейчас там газон зеленее и деревья (абрикосовые) покрупнее. И еще виноград растет. Раздолье для ребенка. Хозяин живет за несколько километров от дома, но всегда на связи в случае возникновения вопросов. Марко очень интеллигентный, добрый и отзывчивый человек и мы счастливы, что нам удалось найти сочетание удачно расположенного дома с обаятельнейшим хозяином. Спасибо тебе, Марко, за отличный отпуск.

delizioso villino molto ben attrezzato

la casa è molto curata, pulita, ben rifornita di tutto, con un praticello davanti perfetto per rilassarsi al sole. i proprietari gentilissimi molto disponibili a fornire indicazioni turistico-gastronomiche. Vicinissima al mare con accesso spiaggia comodo e sicuro. In zona, pur essendo periferica, ci sono supermercati , bar e negozi vari raggiungibili pure a piedi anche se la strada non è delle migliori per camminarci.

Bella vacanza

Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari, cordiali e disponibili. La casa è funzionale, possiede tutti i comfort indicati ed è in buono stato. Comoda e molto vicino al mare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene avendo soggiornato 15 giorni in due famiglie con due bambini piccoli. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Questa si che è vacanza!

14 giorni sono troppo pochi sono andata via con la sensazione di aver lasciato qualcosa in realtà nulla,ma mi sono sentita talmente a casa mia che questa sensazione mi ha accompagnata per tutto il viaggio di ritorno a casa... accogliente comoda fresca dotata di ogni comfort aria condizionata mai usata zanzariere e cancelletti cucina attrezzata letti comodissimi spazi vivibili sia dentro che fuori tutto ciò a 20 metri dal mare...ideale per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza, soprattutto senza dover prendere la macchina...Giovanna e Marco sono splendidi e sempre disponibili. Grazie ancora...

Gemütliches Häuschen in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Bereits vor unserem Urlaub gab es eine positive Überraschung. Kurz vor unserer Anreise wurden wir gefragt, wie alt unsere Kinder seien. Wir sind eine junge Familie mit zwei Kindern, davon ein Baby. Nachdem wir dies angegeben hatten, bekamen wir zur Antwort, dass uns dann ein Babybett -kostenlos- zur Verfügung gestellt würde. Bislang mussten wir für Babybetten immer einen Aufpreis zahlen. Als wir dann an unserem ersten Urlaubstag ankamen, wurden wir sehr freundlich mit Wein und frischen, regionalen Erdbeeren in Empfang genommen. Für unsere Tochter stand ein neues Sandspielset bereit. Der erste, positive Eindruck der Vermieter setzte sich während des gesamten Urlaubs fort. Sie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und immer sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Unser erster Eindruck des Ferienhäuschens entsprach in etwa den Fotos. Es gibt einen zentralen Raum, aus welchem man in zwei kleine, aber sehr schöne Schlafzimmer gelangt, einem kleinen Wohnbereich ( ohne Tür, mit Vorhang) und einem schönen Badezimmer kommt. Ein weiteres Badezimmer befindet sich draussen, direkt neben dem Haus. Ebenfalls draussen ist ein wunderschöner Terassenbereich. Mit Esstisch, mehreren Sonnenliegen und einer Hängematte. Der dazugehörige Garten ist zur Straße hin blickdicht abgezäunt, sodass wir keine Sorge um unsere Kinder hatten, wenn sie dort spielten. Eine Sache die mich auch sehr positiv überrascht hat, war, dass das Haus über alles verfügte, was das Herz begehrt. Von Mirkowelle, über Backofen, Klimaanlage, Bügeleisen, Fön, bis hin zum kompletten Geschirrset und zig Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Über die Lage ist zu berichten, dass man wirklich nur wenig Meter zum Strand läuft. Es ist ruhig gelegen (zumindest ende April). Ein Auto währe aber definitiv von Vorteil, weil Fußläufig nicht allzu viel erreichbar ist. Wir überlegen nochmal wieder zu kommen.
