Sun & Sand House is a three bedroom detached house in the amazing region of Stavros place near Chania city! It is perfect for quiet and relax vacation ! Τhe house is ideal for relax moments and perfect for families with kids (small playground, swing, swimming pool size 7.32x3.66x1.32 m (like in the photo).
A quiet beach is only 5 minutes on foot ! Famous Sandy beach-Stavros-where famous Zorbas was filmed, is 500m away. There are both ideal for a summer escape in the sun!
Located 20 km from center of Chania city and the famous Venetian Old Harbour!
"Sun and Sand House" is 140 square meters house, with 500 square meters yard and garden that οffers you comfort and spaciousness !
Open space house with living room with a 48' Smart TV with free NETFIX , fully equipped kitchen, dining room, three big bedrooms (big bedroom has a loft also), 2 bathrooms is surely what we all seek for our holidays !
Our house is also equipped with washing machine, hair drier, iron, boiler, toaster, fridge , cooker , cooking utensils and many more that will make you feel like being home!
There are air-condition (cooling or heating)in all rooms!
There is plenty of car parking space into the yard. Also a BBQ is placed outside !
There also 2 bicycles available for our guests than can help enjoy cycling and discovering our area!

- Welcome day: We will wait you at the house for the check-in whenever you arrive . A briefing of our house will take place and a map from Chania will be given to you. Information of where to go and what to see will also be given to you, depend on your likes .
