Perfect location

Pros: The location was a plus—close to the beaches, private access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The Downtown area is steps away, plus tons of restaurant options. It was great having the grocery store and bakery across the street. Lots of places to visit. Cons: The apartment was clean but needed renovation, especially the bathrooms. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will return to the area.

Perfect location

The property it’s conveniently located near the beach and there was a grocery store and a bakery across the street, which was very convenient. We enjoyed walking to town and going to some of the restaurants and coffee shops. I kinda was nice but beautiful view from the deck. We had a few hiccups in that the condo was not cleaned yet when we arrived due to a confusion with the cleaning company and the key to the rooftop didn’t work. Sometimes communication with the owner was a bit slow but we still enjoyed the condo and had a great time!

Almost Heaven

What a wonderful place to enjoy a marvelous beach, pool and seafood restaurants in Rincon. Even almost heaven could be more heavenly when the washer no longer leaks underneath and the hot water is reliable throughout the apartment. The listing is somewhat confusing as to which apartment you are renting. Be sure to request the 4th floor apartment for two full beds rather than a bunk bed. The views are undoubtedly better as well. But still it is almost heaven with the best beach and food experience I have enjoyed in four monthly vacations in Lovely Puerto Rico!

Our stay at Casa Vasquez was very nice. So many places were within walking distance. The condo was clean & the owner is very pleasant. I would highly recommend it.

Literally across the street from a major supermarket called ECONO, bank, bakery, restaurants, shops, etc. There is even a hospital within walking distance. Close to surf beach areas. Complex has 2 parking spaces for the condo unit, security gate, basketball court, gazebo, huge beautiful pool, BBQ grill, elevator building, electrical power plant, water pump system, video games, 65 Inch Smart TV's, Ice Cold AC's, internet, cable, wifi, many things to list....The condo even has a washer & dryer ! Full Kitchen, microwave, toaster oven, nutra-bullet, cappuchio maker, coffee machine, K-Cup list goes on and on..... oh, did I mention the Private Roof Deck with brand new beautiful patio furniture !
