This fantastic house offers stunning sea and mountain views in the popular area of Burriana Beach in Nerja, 500 meters from the beach and 25 minutes’ walk to the Balcón de Europa. It’s located in a select Urbanization with only 10 villas sharing a communal pool with loads of sun.



The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 6 people. The property is distributed over 2 floors and the plot is fully fenced. The 3 bedrooms are on the entrance floor, all well equipped with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.



The master bedroom has access to one of the 3 terraces offered in the villa, and the other two bedrooms have access to the garden area. There’s a private roof terrace with barbecue and space to have a good time with family. The airy living room has access to the third terrace where there’s a dining area and the private access to the community pool.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need to make the most of your vacation.



In addition, the TV offers more than 190 International Channels and there’s High-Speed Fiber Internet.

This is the perfect family property. Loads of space, bright and airy with wonderful balcony, gardens, roof terrace and private access to pool. The facilities are excellent and we felt very well looked after from start to finish. We loved it, thank you.

Beautiful home from home

Someone from the nerja property rental was there to welcome us, even when we arrived at 10.30pm. The house itself has everything you could need and two stunning terraces and lovely pool area. It’s close to burriana beach, but the hill up to the house is an absolute killer if you’re doing it in the heat. That hill is what gives it the beautiful outlook it has though. We loved the quiet area, yet it being close to all the action.

We did like The Spaces of The villa, specially the terraces. Everything was okay and available We would like a reservation for the next year, the same period The light above the table was too faible and we would like the 2 separate matrasses from one bedroom downstairs on the bed of the bedroom upstairs

We arrived to beautiful casa corazon and I mean beautiful, by the pictures on the brochure you could tell it was a lovely home but you really need to see the ️ home to appreciate its wonder. Everything you need is in one place, we traveled as a family of 6, the ️ house provided ample room, I can not put into words the roof terrace by night, All you see is the twinkling lights of Nerja and the surrounding mountains, the stars dance above your head while you listen to the soft murmuring voices and the clinking of cutlery while other people enjoy their holiday. The swimming pool is perfect and so refreshing on a hot day, the gardens are so colourful and very well kept. Every detail in home has a been touched with love and care. I could continue on and write a lot more about this beautiful home. We, as a family spent 3 wonderful weeks here and I really did not want to leave. Casa corazon, you have stolen my heart.

A fabulous Holiday

This is a spacious house with great air conditioning. The roof top terrace with the settees was a great place to relax under the stars. The beds were comfortable, plenty of storage, there was a well equipped kitchen, the views were amazing, perfect for our party consisting of 3 couples. We would definitely return to this property and would have no hesitation to book with Casasol again. They answered every email quickly. The taxi transfers both ways were in executive vehicles and were friendly and punctual. Perfect all round! There were quite a few steps around the property to get to the pool and the rooftop terraces. And the house is located on a very steep incline.This did not affect our holiday but information in the description may be helpful for less mobile people.
