Rosa Palace is a luxurious Arezzo villa rental dating back to the late 18th century. It is set in over 60 acres of grounds, filled with oak, cypress and pine trees. There are plenty of lawned areas along with a beautiful 2.5 acre rose garden and a vine covered pergola.

The swimming pool sits lower from the house and enjoys panoramic views. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols as well as table and chairs and outdoor shower. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi and a table tennis table.

The Space:
Outside, the swimming pool measures 6 x 12 metres. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Tuscan sunshine.

Inside, this Arezzo villa rental is a wonderful mix of traditional and modern, with exposed beams and perfectly restored frescoes balanced against some more modern furnishings and contemporary bathrooms.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room furnished with comfortable seating along with a dining table seating 12. There is satellite TV and a stereo system as well as a large fireplace providing a focal point to the room. There is also a spacious kitchen, well equipped with table and chairs, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, 6 ring gas hob and not one but two fridges. An outside laundry room has a washing machine.

Moving up to the first floor of this Arezzo villa rental, there are three double bedrooms and a twin room. All bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. The master bedroom on this floor also boasts its own private balcony equipped with table and chairs.

Another flight of stairs takes guests to the second floor where there are two further bedrooms - one with kingsize bed and another with two single beds. Again, both have ensuite shower rooms. All bathrooms also have their own hairdryers.

Guests are welcomed to this Arezzo villa rental with a complimentary buffet and can also enjoy a wine tasting free of charge during their stay. The owner will also treat guests to a tour of a local monastery. Two hours of maid service is provided mid week. Additional housekeeping can be provided for an additional cost.

Please note that rates at this Arezzo villa rental exclude air conditioning and heating which, when required, are charged at 0.80 euros per kWh and 6.5 euros per cubic metre respectively. Use of the hot tub is charged at 350 euros per week.

The location is perfect for visiting some of the more famous Tuscan cities such as Cortona (48 km) and Arezzo (29 km) where there is a train station, as well as some of the small hilltop towns and villages in Umbria.
