Gym: It is a private facility and applies its rates. Benalcoast Properties has no access to discounts or any special treatment. Please consult directly with the responsible company.



We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.



CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.



Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

Right in front of the Benalbeach complex is the well-known "Dove Park", a beautiful park for walking with waterfalls, trees of countless species, lakes, a cactus garden, as well as free-roaming animals such as rabbits, peacocks, chickens, goats, ducks, turtles, etc.



Selwo Marina is located just 2 minutes walking from the complex and you can see sea lions, a daily dolphin and walrus show, a penguin exhibit, etc...

Adults and children can spend an unforgettable day at this park.

Selwo Adventures in Estepona is a very fun park for animal lovers where you can admire many animals in the wild, as well as practice sports, such as archery.

This park is 40 minutes from Benalbeach, and you can go by bus or by renting a car.



The Benalmádena Cable Car is located 5 minutes by car from the complex and offers wonderful views of Benalmádena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola.

It is a very pleasant experience.

Falconry shows are performed on specific days.



Puerto Marina offers, 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking, a landscape of beautiful buildings located on an exclusive marina where restaurants, shops, and a pier can be found. A very pleasant place to walk, have an ice cream and go shopping, and even go out sailing and observe dolphins in the open sea.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.
