From its sunny and private terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, located on the ninth floor and perfect for families and couples. This apartment has a television, air conditioning, a spacious living room with terrace and double sofa bed, a large double bedroom with sea view and is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, towels, dishes, etc.

Benal Beach is a well-known resort right in front of the beach and next to Paloma Park. You will have full access to the 5 community pools, the Pool Bar and the gym.

CHECK-IN: 24 hour reception. Entry at any time from 3 p.m. (except from June 15 to September 15 - admission from 4 p.m.). Check-in before the official check-in time, on request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, you will alternate between the large pool (not heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°).

The opening hours of the pools and slides may vary depending on the season and are not dependent on Benalcoast Properties, and we cannot accept claims for this reason or because of the closure of the pools.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we require a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to provide you with a quiet and worry-free experience.
