Gander's Down cottage is an upscale, natural, romantic get-a-way experience.
Ganders Down amenities include a queen size bed with luxurious linens, DVD player with movie collection to watch classic and latest flicks on a large flat screen TV.

OurTexas weekend

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was a perfect secluded spot. It was great to see all of the animals and loved our first impression as we drove in the front gate and the beautiful bluebonnets streached out in front of us. It was warem and welcoming! Thank you for having a clean and well equipped cabin. We were gretted Tabby on Friday evening an Saturday morning had to chase off a coyote after him and a orange cat. Glad they are ok.

Gander's Cottage

The cottage is well kept, clean, comfortable for a couple and includes everything you could possibly need. The ranch property where it is located is quite nice and we enjoyed the visits from the various ranch pets each day. Kathryn is a wonderful host. We look forward to staying there again.

We choose this 238 acre ranch land because of the beautiful trees and grassland for our cattle. We offer 2 cozy ranch cottages, about 1/2 mile apart, each set up for couples that want a getaway .
