A spacious 53 m² (173.8 sq.feet) apartment, on the second floor consisting of an entrance hall, a sizable living room, a large bedroom, a small functional kitchen and a modern bathroom. The place has been recently renovated and it features airconditioning units in both the bedroom and living room, a 42 inch TV in the living room, a dining table, a fridge, a cooker, a coffee maker, an espresso machine and kitchen utensils. In the living room the sofa can be turned into a double bed or two single beds.
Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently close to almost everything that Volos has to offer.
Our apartment is within walking distance to several popular restaurants, shops (Ermou), cafes, supermarkets , bakeries, vegetable markets, museum and playgrounds as well as seafront promenade. You are only 380 m away from the main park at the seafront and the city center where most of the town activities take place. The seafront promenade also known as “the Paralia” is lined with restaurants , cafes and bars and is the ideal place to go for a relaxing evening walk right next to the sea. You are also 15 min away from the nearest village on the mountain where you can unwind next to tranquil forests and water streams . Our place is also conveniently located near local beaches for a day at the sea.
