Located on the 2nd floor with elevator: 2 bedrooms (sea view), entrance, living room (LCD flat screen TV 66 cm, integrated DVD player), kitchen area (also sea view): fridge with small freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, bathroom, separate wc.
NEW IN 2016: new microwave with grill and fan function
Terrace in front of the sea (sheltered from the tramontane which is the prevailing wind). Hotel residence with swimming pool open from April, direct access to the beach with no road to cross.
Bike storage (possibility to leave them on the apartment's balcony); four bikes are available free of charge (two adults and two children).
Ping-pong table (rackets and balls available to you).
Services from the end of April to the end of September: swimming pool access, laundromat, common room, games area, bar and wi-fi area (20 euros for unlimited access or 5 euros for 24 hours).

SUPER!!!
l'appartement est situé face à la mer c'est à dire à quelques mètres ce qui avec les deux petits enfants 'était fort appréciable ( et avec ascenseur) .Les hotes super Sympathiques Merci et à très bientot.

Appartement très bien situé : mer et commerces à 2 pas. Piscine et place de parking réservée très appréciable. L'appartement est bien équipé, rien ne nous a manqué.

Cadre idéal
L'appartement est a 10 mètres de la plage, il est fonctionnel et très agréable. Nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner (l'eau était encore un peu froide), mais le quartier est sympa : riche en commerce, ballade à pieds, animation...

Excellent!
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Canet-plage. La résidence est située à 50 m de la plage et à quelques mètres de la piscine dans une zone très calme de la station balnéaire. L'appartement est très bien agencé avec un séjour et deux chambres, très pratique quand on a deux enfants. La baie vitrée et la terrasse donnent une super vue sur la mer. Nous étions tout proche de très beaux sites comme l'étang de Canet, Collioure ou Paulilles où nous avons passé de très bons moments.

Super appart, la mer et la piscine
Appartement confortable avec la vue sur la mer, on sort de la appartement on traverse la rue et c'est la plage. Il y a la piscine au pied de l immeuble une terrasse bref tout ce qu' il faut pour passer de très bonnes vacances. On a passé un séjour très agréable, et nous avons gardé les coordonnées pour un probable futur séjour.

Un conseil allez y, sans hésiter!!!
A refaire sans hésiter, la description correspondant en tout point à la réalité. RARE. Idéal pour les enfants, l'accès à la mer sécurisant pas de route a traverser. Les propriétaires sont agréables et avenant.
Si j'ai une remarque a faire aux propriétaires, opter pour une table ronde dans le coin cuisine! A renouveler sans modération, rien que la vue vaut le détour!!!! Merci
