Our 4 cabins sit on 3 acres in the community of Lawrence Springs.
Shae Cabin pictured: Shabby Chic - Great for girlfriends shopping trip! Single room with 4 twin beds and full kitchen. Lovely porch.
Kylie Cabin - Farmhouse decor - 2 bedrooms have queen and full beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Gorgeous porch.
Hawke Cabin: Our original cowboy cabin. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Large covered back porch with privacy fence and picnic table.
The Abby Silo - Created from a grain silo. One lofted bedroom sleeps with a queen size bed. Kitchenette includes coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge.
10 minutes from First Monday Trade Days. 15 minutes from historic downtown Mineola, famous for antique shopping. Great starting point for a girls weekend with tons of shopping or a weekend getaway from the city. Come and spend some time in the country.
Check-In: 3:00 pm and Check-Out 12:00 pm (depending on bookings, these times can be flexible)
Standard nightly rate: $200 Two night minimum.

We are Mark & Sharon. We live in Grand Saline. Our most important job is spoiling 4 of the most adorable grandchildren you have ever seen! We enjoy spending time with our parents that live nearby.
Why they chose this property
We have enjoyed First Monday for many years. It has been our desire to host a bed and bath near Canton. The original Hawke Cabin is our rustic western cabin with shuttered windows. We added the Shae and Kylie Cabins in 2016 & 2017. The Silo is under construction.
We are 10 minutes from First Monday Trade Days. We are happy to recommend the nostalgic antique stores in Mineola, also.
