Villa close to the sea

The villa, a few steps from the sea, is located in a quiet village (Residence Liberty) of Villanova, a well-known marina in Ostuni.
It is a complex of 2 adjacent houses, each with an independent entrance but with shared access to the internal courtyard and terrace with sea view, about 50 meters away.
Its position allows you to reach the port in a very few minutes on foot, where you can walk on the pier and stop to enjoy an ice cream in the small bars and ice cream parlors of the place.
The villa consists of a large and bright living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom. There is also air conditioning and washing machine. Parking is secure and inside the village.
The decor is simple and the village quiet, suitable for a family with children or for those who simply seek to combine relaxation and beach holidays.
There are in fact nearby, as well as equipped and non-equipped beaches, cliffs with splendid backdrops for those who want less crowded places.
