Comfort and everything close by

Been in thuis appartement before, great place to be. Clean and fulltime equipt kitchen. Sun from the afternoon till late at the balcony. Beach, marina, restaurants and supermarket wthin 5 minutes.

The property was newly renovated, but very basic (no decor). There was nothing on the walls and mostly cheep furniture. During phone calls voice echoed quite loudly, even the other end of conversation thought I was speaking in toilet bowel (PS TOILET BOWEL BRUSH WAS SUPPLIED). The kitchen was very lovely, the view was very nice of pool and surrounding park. Location was very good. It had a small tv in the living room, none in the bedroom. Kitchen was stocked of most things but lacked a lot. No coffee machine, no cutting board, no laundry soap, no dish soap, no salt and pepper. Basically the necessary plates cups and utensils. One garbage can in kitchen none in bathroom and only one garbage bag. One towel supplied and 2 hand towels. A little effort from owner and property manager would make this a great place to stay. Close to zero communication from property manager as I did not even have check in instructions till multiple calls 2 hours before check in time. HD properties suck. Also found out they are closed on weekends, lucky I was checking in on a Monday. Wait for better reviews before staying here.
