We would have been happy to help if you had asked us either on arrival or anytime during your Stay. Please allow us to explain that we provide for all our guests Stay a minimum of 4 Toilet rolls, 2 dish washer tablets and 2 washing machine tablets among other useful items. These basics provides for their needs for their first days and allows them to plan after arrival for what they need to organize themselves for one of their initial visits to the nearby Supermarket. As a recognition for our long term Stays we provide both a weekly and a monthly discount as these are the two long term discounts we can provide for reservations processed over the VRBO platform. Nevertheless and as we stressed out above we thank our guests to let us know ahead about their expectations and how we can help to make our guests Stay more pleasant.

We are very glad to hear both the parents and kids had a terrific time at our letting and could enjoy the relax and entertainment of the apartment, terrace, garden and pool. To meet or even exceed our guests expectations is always our top priority and it's great to hear all went fine with your family stay. Regarding location you mentioned it very wisely. The apartment is located in a very exclusive area of Vilamoura and that is why we always recommend to hire a car. The drive to the Marina is about 5 minute long. The walk is very pleasant as well as you can enjoy different beautiful landscapes and surroundings. Nevertheless it is indeed a walking distance and you will definitely need to use Uber or Taxis on a regular basis. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, but are very sorry to know about your experience with the beds and also about the lack of additional parasols around the pool area. This is the first time it was brought to our attention and we will make sure to look into it. We wish to have it reported during your stay as we would be very glad to have the opportunity to improve those comfort conditions. Regarding location the apartment lays in a quiet and exclusive area, surrounded by the most prestigious golf courses: Laguna, Millenium and Victoria. The distance to the Vilamoura marina is about 2,5 miles away as advertised both in the description as well in the site map. When enquired about we always recommend to hire a car. Please allow us to stress out that we have both one cupboard in the lounge and one wardrobe in the hall that we keep secure as there is where our maintenance and cleaning staff keep their working items organized. We kindly ask our guests to please respect these private areas and to address to us for any special requests. We will always do our best to comply and hopefully this will make our guests stay a bit more pleasant. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience and we thank you for your generous review and for bringing to our attention those relevant issues, that we will address in the short term.
