The apartment has two bedrooms, one en suite and a second twin bedroom, and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen open directly onto a large 17-metre-long, south-facing balcony overlooking the gardens and the pools, providing a bright and pleasant outdoor space throughout the day.

The apartment includes free and unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TVs where you can use your own apps such as Netflix and HBO, air conditioning in all rooms, a safe, bed linen and WC towels provided, and free parking both in the underground garage and outside.

Salgados Beach stretches for more than 7 km along the coast and is considered one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in the Algarve. Nearby you will find restaurants, a supermarket and several walking paths, including Salgados Lagoon, a protected natural reserve ideal for quiet walks and birdwatching. A pleasant walk along the sand also takes you to Galé Beach, where you can enjoy several beachfront restaurants.

A SPA is located in the neighbouring building, the Wellness Hub, offering easy access to wellness treatments and moments of relaxation.

We were three senior ladies that stayed in this two bedroom condo. It was well equipped and very clean. Beautiful terrace with swing chair table etc. Kitchen had lots of dishes, pots utensils etc. would stay again . The owner Antonio is wonderful.

Very nice apartment with fantastic location, very close to the beach, 5 minutes walk. Large balcony with a pleasent hanging swing chair to enjoy the view over the pools. Clean, spacious and well equipped house. Very pleasant and quiet condominium. Very helpful host, always ready to respond to any request. We want to return.

All I can say is WOW! The apartment is truly 5 star on all aspects, particularly location, facilities and decor and made our first stay in Portugal really special. We hired a car and found it with ease following the instructions we had been sent before our visit. We had 5 people in the apartment and never felt overcrowded; it is very spacious. The pools and grounds are well maintained with plenty of sun loungers all day. There is a pool bar/restaurant that serves food most evenings and Mama Mia and Belavista Italian restaurants are a short walk away and highly recommended. There is a lovely cocktail bar above the main reception that has great views and definitely worth a visit! Antonio made the whole booking process very easy and Miguel was friendly and helpful on our arrival and throughout our stay. I would recommend this property and really looking forward to our next stay! Karen & Family

Magnifique séjour!

L’appartement ainsi que le domaine de la Vila das Lagoas sont impeccables. Le propriétaire, António, même sans être présent physiquement, était facilement joignable via la messagerie de VRBO. Il répondait rapidement à nos demandes ou questions. Il nous même dépanné un soir où nous étions dans une situation inconfortable. Notre fille et petite fille, de passage pour quelques jours, ont elles aussi très apprécié leur séjour avec nous. Lorsque nous retournerons à dos Salgados, nous espérons pouvoir retourner à cet appartement.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Antonio’s apartment. Apartment is excellent, has magnificent balcony entire length of property and looks onto pool area. You will find everything you need in the apartment to have a good holiday. Complex itself is very well maintained and secure. Would love to come back again but next time would definitely hire a car to help get around a bit more as choice of restaurants etc limited by location. All in all a great family holiday.

We had an incredible stay at Antonio's apartment. We had a very late arrival and Antonio's apartment manager, Joao came to meet us and check us in. The bottle of wine, fresh bread, cheese and pastries was a real treat after a late arrival and no place to grab a bite to eat. Joao was very helpful and responsive. We really appreciated the local tips and hospitality. The place is just as gorgeous as in the photos and had everything we needed for the week! We definitely made good use of the kitchen! We absolutely recommend renting a car so that you can enjoy all the incredible beaches along the Algarve. We ventured all the way up to Lagos - watching the sunset at Ponta da Piedade and enjoyed the loveliest dinner after at Real Portuguese Food in Lagos town. Out favourite beach was Falesia, it was the most family friendly with sunbeds just a few metres from the water and calmer waves for our 10 year old to enjoy! We also had a great time at the Slide and Splash water park. Thank you Joao and Antonio, it was an unforgettable week and we could not have felt more at home during our stay!

2nd time staying at Vilas Dos Lagoas and didn’t disappoint!! The apartment has everything you require for a great self catering holiday. The resort was a little quieter as we go into the low season but that did not spoil our enjoyment. As others have said you do need car hire for this location but there are plenty of dining out options in the surrounding area. Thanks to Anthony and Joao who took care of everything from initial contact to arriving at the apartment!! See you next year.

Amazing holidays again!

Returned from our second visit to Herdade dos Salgados with family and kids... The experience was just as good as our first. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with a huge double bed in ours. Wonderfull place, plenty of choice to spend time playing with the kids, and beach is just a few meter from home, you can walk there! Location is perfect, facilities are great and very clean. I would recommend this apartment to anybody. Look forward to return again soon. Many tks to Antonio and Joao, they were there all time available, concerned in make our holydays unforgetable one more time providing a great service. tks Carol D p.s. Perfect - great time for young family

loved my holiday staying in the apartment. My Wife and 2yr old son had a great time. Big comfortable living conditions overlooking pools and walk to beach. The appt. Its hard to describe the complex as they do not appear to be homes nor hotel sort of middle ground. Arrived quite late and the owner had left some bread and cheese which was a nice touch as it was not expected. I have stayed in a number of holiday apartments and in the majority of times the immediate reaction is a little disappointed as there has been artistic license with the photo's (made to look bigger etc.) However in this case the opposite was true the photo's do not do it justice. The apartment is as nice as the photo's show -comfortable living room with Cable TV (with some English channels), fast WIFI and kitchenette. it was really comfortable, my son sleeps for a couple of hours during the day and bed at about 730 so it was important to have a space where we could relax in the meantime and this really delivered. Area- the complex has loads of pools and we sent a couple of hours a day by the smaller child pool. It was May so there was us and a handful of families there only (bit busier at the weekend). Very clean well organized, there were loads of empty sun loungers so perhaps it gets busier during School holidays. Could not ask for more (... perhaps a childs play area) Short walk to the beach (adjoining wetlands) miles of lovely sand, the waves could be quite forceful but we enjoyed this. One beach restaurant for drinks and snacks - Evening meals could be expensive but snacks were not extortionate. You can hire boats etc if necessary. Lifeguard in attendance and clean, could nto ask for more. We hired a car and without it you may need to get Taxi or your eating / drinking may be restricted. As it was we drove no longer than 20 mins for food and had a great many options. We are not interested in Bars or clubs in the evening (prefer a bottle of wine in the apt) but if I was this would be the only "down side" of the location. We did the open top bus tour and it made me happier we decided to stay in Salgados over some of the busier towns (Albufeira etc.). If you are going for day trips / food I would suggest going west towards Armacao rather than east. If you want a relaxing break with the family this place can not be beaten. No issues with Deposit being returned paid promptly without chasing upon checkout.

As minhas primeiras férias com o meu bebé não podiam ter sido melhores. O apartamento com excelente localização e bem equipado. No meu caso, que pretendia fazer praia de manhã e piscina à tarde este tipo de apartamento/estadia é o ideal. Vou regressar em breve, senão conseguir ainda este ano, para o ano é certo. Prachtig appartement op een mooie locatie

Een prachtige, schone en mooie woning met alles erop en eraan. De ligging is lekker dichtbij het strand en Albufeira is ongeveer 10 minuten rijden. De ontvangst door Joao was super en de communicatie met zowel Anthony als Joao was ook erg prettig. Ze hebben aan alles gedacht en zijn de hele vakantie beschikbaar in geval van vragen of problemen. Het park is super verzorgd en de zwembaden allemaal even lekker. Kortom: een ideale plek voor een heerlijke vakantie!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE FROM START TO END A+++++

Well located "condo" about 400mt from the Salgados beach. The "resort" complex is peaceful and quiet with security guards, intercom phone, lots of space and relaxing area. The apartment is enormous, well decorated with aircon in every room, amazing balcony. All good works well. Beds are comfy and internet is good, so you don't get isolated, if you don;t want to. Very friendly customer service care.
