About this property

Relaxed holidays amidst the scents and sounds of nature. Comporta neighbourhood.

Spacious (400 m2 / 4300 sq ft) and comfortable house, surrounded by one hectare (10000 m2 / 108000 sq ft) of private land, with plenty of large native trees and located in a gated condominium (Herdade de Montalvo).
This is a second house that we use ourselves for weekends and vacations. It is furnished to suit our needs, not for permanent rental.
Private pool facing south and set in a quiet place, surrounded by cork and pine trees, provides privacy, in a quiet and restful environment in close contact with nature.
About 10 km of paths inside the homestead for walking, cycling or riding on horseback, along a dam reservoir and rice fields.
15Km away from the trendy Comporta village and beach.

Belle région avec immenses plages à quelques km .Résidence de qualité Maison avec piscine et belle terrasse très agréable protégée par des moustiquaires Sympathique petit panier de bienvenue avec produits locaux A l'arrivée il manquait juste quelques produits de première nécessité pour débuter plus facilement la location mais séjour globalement très agréable
