MAIN DESCRIPTION

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Domus Tilibbas is located ground floor and overlooks a garden and an internal courtyard. The entrance opens onto the elegant lounge-kitchen which is very spacious and equipped with a dining table, kitchenette with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven. The covered veranda is ideal for spending an evening with friends drinking a glass of good wine. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two of them are double bedrooms , one is a bedroom with two single beds; each bedroom has a wardrobe. The fenced garden with electric gate can accommodate up tp two cars and has a brick barbecue. All the rooms are finely furnished.

DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
The nearest bus stop is about 200 meters away on foot. The Tilibbas district is located near the old city center and hosts several local trattorias (220 m Trattoria da Sara - Compai Giuanni, 700 m Gil's Quick). In the central Viale Aldo Moro are all the main shops such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars , pharmacies and laundry services. The local market of the city, very popular for local specialties and typical products, takes place on Saturday morning. The area also houses the largest public green park in the city with mirrors of water, green meadows and Mediterranean shrubs: inside there is a running track and cycle path, tennis courts and a playground for children.
