Lovely caravan

Lovely cosy caravan with some real nice homely features. Caravan was modern and clean and well laid out. Location near the beach was also lovely. Only down side (which is no fault of the caravan) was noisy in-considerate neighbours, shouting and playing music/taking phone calls in their van with no thought to others around. At about 6:45 on a Saturday and Sunday morning.

Beautiful caravan, site needs some work

the caravan was lovely and clean. The only problem we had was the swimming pool! The floors looked liked they hadn't been cleaned in months. The baby changing cubicle was the worst, no bins for the swim nappies, put it on the floor and when i picked it up it was black. Cobwebs all over the lights, absolutely disgusting, did complain at reception and she said she speak to the pool manager!

Good accommodation and comfortable for family

The Caravan was a good size and rooms were fine for children and even had a bed guard there for our Youngest. We arrived and found cleaning hadn’t been carried out. The next day upon returning from breakfast (and being advised by reception to report to booking agent), we found cleaners outside caravan. We were told by them that we had arrived early (4pm check in! ) We showed confirmation that we were booked from day before. Eventually they agreed to clean bathrooms and hoover. We waited to enter after and all was fine. We were out and about on Tuesday and Wednesday returned to find we still had no hot water (F1 low water) now for two days We thought was due to everyone using on site at similar time as it did work in early hours. We were staying on site on next day so when I reported it, issue was fixed within 15 minutes. We were slightly inconvenienced by water issue but didn’t let it spoil our time.

Staycation bonus !!

After our holiday had been cancelled due to Covid, we searched desperately to find a reasonable staycation property. This little gem fitted the required spec perfectly. Clean, modern, spacious and most importantly very reasonable price wise. All the comforts of home. The club house is a nightmare for serving times and level of noise but ideal if you have children. But we made our own entertainment so nothing was missing from this east coast break for our group of 50+ year olds. I would consider though including bedding and towels in the price as that just added to the luggage we needed to bring with us. But again did not deter us from enjoying the veranda in the sun and making the most of the break. Would defo book this little gem again.
