Woodlands is a delightful barn conversion in Cowdale near Buxton. With six ground-floor bedrooms, four king-size doubles, two with en-suites, and two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite, it sleeps twelve guests. There is also a ground-floor bathroom and utility, and a first floor open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and two sitting areas. Outside Woodlands is a shared garden area, off-road parking for six cars. Woodlands has great walking opportunities from your doorstep, making it a wonderful base for exploring the Peak District. Two well behaved dogs welcome.

Double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs including 1 smart TV, own log-in required for netflix etc,, DVD player, a selection of books, games, DVDs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Shared front garden with gravelled and lawned areas with picnic benches. Two well behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. No fireworks permitted. Shop 2.3 miles and pub 1.8 miles. Note: Due to upside down layout, this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility, all bathroms are located on the lower ground floor. Note: One of the king-size double bedrooms with en-suite does not have a window, but there is a constant fresh air vent. Note: No stag or hen parties or similar allowed.
