The cabin was not fancy but it was clean. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed and recliners were comfortable. It was in a great location; close to downtown but one street off the Main Street so you don't have the noise from Main Street activity. The view and sound of the river was very relaxing and peaceful.

Very good location in the center of Ruidoso. The shopping district is very accessible. The unit was very clean and had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. Parking for the top floor units is extremely handy. The host provided all the information that we needed. Check in and out was easy.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was great. We watched elk, ducks, deer, and horses during the morning while drinking coffee and sitting on porch. You are able to walk everywhere you want from here. Will be back.

We had a very nice stay! The place was very clean. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. We were delighted to find out we were walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant Main Street.Great Parking outside the unit.We were delighted to see the female elk and fawns early in the morning at the river and munching on tree branches while we enjoyed our coffee outside our door.Be aware that the hot tub is not included in the reservation rate but making arrangements for use is a simple request with Host. It’s a very nice setup.Thank you very much,Dephine and Cindy

Check-in was easy. The place was clean and was close to everything. Great location. The host responded to text messages quickly. The only knock was there was no closet to hang close. Would definitely dtay there again.

I would highly recommend this cabin for stay anytime in Ruidoso, it’s was a very good location and was nicely put together! Rey relaxing for me and my road dog Zeppelin we had a blast and will definitely be back to this same spot !
