Located in the convenient residential area of Los Pocillos, Casa Caracol has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens and two lounges/sitting areas.



The modern and spacious fully fitted kitchen boasts an open plan to living room with breakfast bar and seating for six. There is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave and other expected amenities. There is a second kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and breakfast table with seating for four.



The modern lounge has sofas and TV with 3D Blu-ray. Patio doors lead out to the beautiful sun and pool terraces. The second lounge has comfortable seating.



Bedrooms include one master bedroom, two double bedrooms, and three twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, apart from two of the twin bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are three other bathrooms.



Outside there are sprawling terrace areas, with shaded alfresco dining.

Casa Caracol is located in Los Pocillos area of Puerto del Carmen which is within easy access of the main Avenida and sandy beach and the commercial complex of Costa Mar.
