Villa Casa Di Monte is an ancient 19th century farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Recently renovated, the villa has retained its original structure, with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings.
The villa, on two levels for a total of 240 square meters, consists of two adjacent but non-communicating apartments and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.
On the ground floor of the first apartment you will find a kitchen / dining room, living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with single sofa bed for children / teenagers, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, a veranda that can be used in both summer and winter.
On the ground floor of the second apartment you will find a second kitchen with dining table, a second living room with fireplace and a toilet (toilet, bidet and sink).
On the upper floor of the second apartment you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
At guests' disposal a large garden with private swimming pool, umbrellas, sunbeds and deck chairs, pool towels, barbecue, fans in every room, cots, high chairs, WI-FI, heating, washing machine, linen, TV and hairdryer.
