Waterfront 2 BR/ 2 BA condo at Harbourside at Marker 33. Our property boasts sweeping views of the Intracoastal from a private balcony, is located across the street from the beach, and resides in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach!

Guests can walk right out of the property and access many local restaurants, bars, and shops. Our condo includes 4 daily water park passes - a $120 per day value! Adults can relax poolside with access to full restaurants and bars on site while children can enjoy the full size water park slides, heated 600 ft lazy river, blue lagoon, and more. Fish all you want off the docks right outside! You'll also enjoy gulf water sunsets from two sundecks facing west.

The interior of 4415 is custom designed with beautiful décor. It's perfect for families or honeymooners alike. The unit has fresh tranquil paint colors and upgraded tile flooring. Everything is new, light, and airy.

This is an ideally located property on Sand Key. The large 4th floor balcony looks onto Clearwater Harbor and the beach on the gulf and multiple restaurants are only a few hundred yards away. The property itself is beach chic and feels a little like home, if home was coastal Florida. We had three adults and three children and had plenty of room.

Clean condo, enjoyed location & availability of beach waterpark, & pool. Granddaughter loved the waterpark! Couple of suggestions for future travelers: A chest a drawer for people to put away their clothes, hand bars in bathroom for those who are older, other than those suggestions an excellent place to stay!!

Great condo with an amazing view and great hosts. We loved sitting on the patio and looking at the tranquil intercostal. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, the water park and the beach. We enjoyed the sunsets. Plenty to walk to including restaurants and bars. Quick trip to Clearwater for more fun activities. Highly recommend this rental!

Cody and Jess have a beautiful condo! It was super clean and comfortable. They have everything needed for a fun beach day (wagon, chairs, towels, etc.) and just a short walk to the beach! This place and this town is beautiful ! Cody and Jessica have outdone themselves with the interior of their condo! In addition, the location between the waterway , marina and beach with the included waterpark was fantastic ! We had a wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee spots, plus a charming path that led right to the beach. The beach itself was stunning with soft white sand and gorgeous teal water. Our kids had an absolute blast enjoying the pool and waterpark. The host was incredibly organized, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. You can tell that Cody and Jessica really care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. Cody checked in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. They supplied a basket full of beach towels which was great. There was also enough laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags to get you started for the week. We definitely enjoyed the balcony, we saw dolphins multiple times and several different kinds of birds. The walk to the beach was super easy and quick. They also supplied a wagon, cooler, beach toys and beach chairs which made getting to the beach with everything you needed super easy. The kids enjoyed the water park too! We would definitely stay here again. The condo is great for couples, a girls trip, families etc. We had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Cody and Jessica’s place. The condo was immaculate, comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped. There was truly nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. As a family traveling with a child, we prepared many of our meals at the condo, so having a kitchen stocked with everything we needed was a huge plus.One of our favorite parts of the stay was relaxing on the balcony overlooking the canal. We’re also notoriously picky about beds and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the accommodations were.The location was fantastic. Our son could not get enough of the water park—it was, in his opinion, the highlight of the entire trip. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, with soft sand, gentle waves, and a quieter atmosphere than many Florida beach destinations. We loved being able to walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the water park, pool, and beach all in the same day.Indian Rocks Beach struck the perfect balance for our family. It has a laid-back, relaxed feel compared to nearby St. Pete and Clearwater, which are wonderful to visit but much busier. We especially enjoyed morning coffee from The Grove Surf Coffee and had a fantastic meal at The Guilty Sea.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly beach getaway.

My name is Cody and I'll be your host for your unforgettable vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. I've been living in Florida for the past 15 years, but I'm originally from Texas. I love the weather, people, and lifestyle here. My primary residence is only about an hour away from IRB, so I'm somewhat of a local. Feel free to ask me about things to do and where to eat. I consider myself a food and travel geek, so forgive me if I get excited. I look forward to hosting you!

Why they chose this property

IRB is my personal favorite beach in the St. Pete / Clearwater area. It's quaint and relaxing, but has plenty to do. The area is full of families and great people. The condo is absolutely awesome. It's the only property like it in this area of Florida with the included water park. Perfect for families or snowbirds and has full hotel-like amenities. You can have a fully functioning home with the convenience of everything you get a hotel. Win-win in my opinion!

What makes this property unique

One of my favorite things are the two huge outdoor sun viewing decks. You'll get access with your key and you can enjoy gulf sunsets over the ocean from the privacy of the property. It's lovely to have a glass of wine out there with the breeze and watch the sun disappear. It's a nice treat at the end of the day. I even proposed on the rooftop to my wife Jessica!
