Exquisite 2 BR / 2 BA Waterfront Beach Condo + Free Water Park!

Waterfront 2 BR/ 2 BA condo at Harbourside at Marker 33. Our property boasts sweeping views of the Intracoastal from a private balcony, is located across the street from the beach, and resides in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach!

Guests can walk right out of the property and access many local restaurants, bars, and shops. Our condo includes 4 daily water park passes - a $120 per day value! Adults can relax poolside with access to full restaurants and bars on site while children can enjoy the full size water park slides, heated 600 ft lazy river, blue lagoon, and more. Fish all you want off the docks right outside! You'll also enjoy gulf water sunsets from two sundecks facing west.

The interior of 4415 is custom designed with beautiful décor. It's perfect for families or honeymooners alike. The unit has fresh tranquil paint colors and upgraded tile flooring. Everything is new, light, and airy.

Amazing trip!

We were very impressed with our stay at Indian Rocks Beach. Cody was extremely helpful. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and saw dolphins one morning. We can’t wait to return!

We had an outstanding time at this property. The condo was extremely clean and updated. You can tell that Cody and Jessica do everything they can to make your stay the best it can be. Great time!

Condo was easy to check in. Intstructions were clear. We went with 2 kids and tbe water park is a great alternative to the beach. We only took our car to get groceries, everything is in walking distance from good food/bars all the way to ice cream. We had a really good time at this property and look forward to revisiting in the future.

We had a great time! Our room was awesome. We enjoyed the water park. That's where we spent most of our time. We went with another couple & both rooms were very accomodating. We enjoyed having our coffee in the morning on the balcony & the early evening relaxing just looking at the beautiful view. We would love to go back!

Rock the Coast

Everything we'd hoped for plus. Kitchen, Living Space, Balcony just right. Comfortable beds. One day/night the daughter's family of 5 crowded in with us and they made the 2nd bedroom work no problem. Have never repeated a stay at a vrbo but am thinking seriously of booking again.

Amazing time in IRB!

My family and I absolutely loved this property. Cody and Jessica have provided everything you could possibly need and more! The decor is so cute and beachy! The kids absolutely loved the water park and the beach..which is only a few easy blocks away! We enjoyed great restaurants in the area and stopped at the convenient CVS several times. Highly recommend👍🏼Thanks for a great vacation!

What a view

Everything at this condo was great and clean. Our patio had the best view. Our little enjoyed the waterpark, my husband and I enjoyed the tiki bar and my 13 yr old son loved to fish. Beds were comfortable too. Bonus! Great location. Not super touristy but lots of fun local places.

They were up front and honest, even ablut the parking. The splash harbor is a bonus to this little gem of paradise. Just a wonderful place to vacation.

Amazing Weekend

Couldn't have ask for anything more! The condo was in the perfect location, beautifully decorated, and fit our needs perfect. The waterpark was enjoyed by all and the beach was just a short walk away. My dad enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the boats and dolphins swim through the waterway. We hope to be back next summer for a longer vacation! Thank you for your great hospitality.

Family friendly vacation

My husband, my 10 yr old and I had a great time! Cody was very tangible and responded quickly to texts, his instructions for check in, parking and check out were informative and clear. The condo is decorated beautifully and very well maintained. They did a great job providing everything you could need - there are beach chairs, buckets/toys, beach wagon and tent available, large beach towels and plenty of them so i wasnt doing laundry my whole stay. They have pretty plates and cups and i loved that they're plastic which is so good for kids. And, again, plenty of stock so i wasnt doing dishes my whole vacation. The property is great, clean and well maintained. There are docks on the canal where we fished (need license which you get free online), saw dolphins and manatees. The waterpark was of course great, lots of lifeguards on duty. There's a CVS a block away if you forget anything and it was nice to see fire station was a block away too in case of emergency. Lots of fun, family friendly activities in close proximity. We had rain our first day but the condo had a bunch of board games and video games so we weren't bored. Would definately go again!

Amazing!!

Our family of six just returned from our vacation at this perfect little condo near the beach, shops, restaurants, and waterpark. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the condo is clean, modern, and exactly as described in the photos. Cody, the owner, was friendly and easily reachable. Only a call or text away for any questions. He even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Beach towels, wagon, cooler, and chairs are all provided so you do not have to bring your own. We will definitely do business with this host in the future! Highly recommended!

Everything we hoped for and more

Cody and Jessica really thought of everything. The unit is beautifully furnished and everything that you need including beach chairs, towels, a beach buggy, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards are included. The unit is immaculate, the beds were comfy and they provide two dish washing and laundry pods in addition to a fully stocked kitchen. The water park is a lot of fun and very clean, we spent a lot of time there. The beaches are BEAUTIFUL, the sunsets are not to be missed. We loved walking to Crabby Bill's, one of our favorite places to eat, and the kids loved the ice cream at Candy Kitchen. This really was an effortless vacation and we would definitely return.

Great first family trip!

This was our first time taking our three girls to Florida and this was the perfect location and condo! The water park was great and the girls absolutely loved it. The condo was very nice and Cody was very helpful and quick to respond. We had one minor issue and Cody responded timely and made it right. This location was absolutely beautiful, loved the view of the channel and could even get a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony. We loved all the local restaurants and shops and much were within waking distance. The condo was very well set up and felt like home to us. Great location to get away from all the busyness of commercial hotels. Will definitely consider coming back. Thank you for sharing your place!

Something for Everyone!

Our trip to Cody and Jessica's condo was fantastic!!! When our plane landed we were greeted with a kind text message from Cody letting us know the property was ready for us to check-in. The directions on how to access the property were clear and we got right in. The unit was very clean (and we are admittedly picky)! Cody checked-in during the week and was responsive on our one question regarding check-out procedure, but everything is so thoughtfully put together we never really needed his assistance! The location is great, with a five minute walk to the beach and Splash Harbour only an elevator ride away. I would take our daughter to Splash Harbour in the morning, and then hit the beach in the afternoon once my wife was up and moving with our beach bags packed! Splash Harbour is open to the public and serves alcohol, so it gets a diverse crowd with some groups settling in for the day and others like us doing a pre or post-beach dip. It is well-staffed with a great lazy river and two big slides as well as nice area with smaller slides for the kids! There are famous restaurants and bars a short distance away, as well as a VERY well-stocked CVS that made life easy when we needed an odd ball item at different times. Overall, would highly recommend this property! Great stay from our initial contact through check-out! Larry H.

Amazing Vacation Spot!

We found our new vacation spot! Cody and Jessica have such a great condo to stay in. The decor is adorable and the location of the condos was so great. We have young kids and they absolutely loved getting to go to the waterpark every day! The beach was about a five minute walk away and Cody and Jessica provided a nice wagon, cooler, umbrella, and toys to take down to the beach! This was so convenient and made beach time so much better! We also loved being able to go to the upper deck to watch the sunset every night. It was stunning! Lastly, there are so many restaurants within walking distance! Our favorite was by far PJ oysters! We had a minor issue while we were there, and I was able to text Cody and it was fixed extremely quickly! The communication was awesome as all you had to do was text and Cody would message you right away! We are so grateful we found this awesome spot and cannot wait to go back next year! I love the weather, people, and lifestyle here. My primary residence is only about an hour away from IRB, so I'm somewhat of a local. Feel free to ask me about things to do and where to eat. I consider myself a food and travel geek, so forgive me if I get excited. I look forward to hosting you!

Why they chose this property

IRB is my personal favorite beach in the St. Pete / Clearwater area. It's quaint and relaxing, but has plenty to do. The area is full of families and great people. The condo is absolutely awesome. It's the only property like it in this area of Florida with the included water park. Perfect for families or snowbirds and has full hotel-like amenities. You can have a fully functioning home with the convenience of everything you get a hotel. Win-win in my opinion!

What makes this property unique

One of my favorite things are the two huge outdoor sun viewing decks. You'll get access with your key and you can enjoy gulf sunsets over the ocean from the privacy of the property. It's lovely to have a glass of wine out there with the breeze and watch the sun disappear. It's a nice treat at the end of the day. I even proposed on the rooftop to my wife Jessica!
