The penthouse is located on the 3th floor of a family building "Villa Rosa" and directly overlooks the sea where you can admire fantastic sunsets. The beach is very close and is about 10 meters away. It has two bedrooms with 6 beds (2 double 2 single but they can be joined). One of the two bedrooms overlooks the sea directly and allows you to enjoy a fantastic panorama.
It also has a large balcony that runs around the house and also has a livable terrace where you can also eat.
It is complete with dishes and linens such as: small, medium and large sheets and towels. The washing machine and dishwasher are for free use.
Outside the Villa it is possible to park very easily and very close.
