Esperienza positiva

L'appartamento è posto ad una buona distanza dal mare, vicino ad un supermercato utile per l'indispensabile, il tutto raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata a piedi. L'appartamento è risultato molto pulito e nuovo. Condizionamento eccellente, anche al piano superiore, cucina in ottimo stato, piano cottura a induzione comodo e veloce, con stoviglie in dotazione compatibili. Carina la terrazza attrezzata con sedie e tavolo, ma sprovvista di copertura o teli Porta di ingresso con serratura smart(con app o telecomando). Rendere più funzionale la terrazza con copertura. Dotare le finestre di zanzariere.
