About this property

MESONES-CENTRAL ACCOMMODATION WITH PARKING

Our accommodation is located in the center of Jaén, it is close to any service (banks, restaurants, cafeterias, public transport ...)
Being in a pedestrian street is a very quiet accommodation, no noise and very cozy. It has two bedrooms, one as a double bed and one with two beds 1.10. It has air conditioning in all rooms, it can be at an ideal and constant temperature.
The living room is very spacious as you can see in the photos, it has two sofas and a table for 6 people. Of course we have hot water in the bathroom and a small fegradero on the back terrace, if necessary-
The price includes a great parking just 100 meters from the accommodation. It is the best and most central parking we have in Jaén. It is a luxury to be in the center of Jaén with parking space.
Our accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a new building. It has an elevator.

Lo único que me gustó del sitio fue la cercanía hacia el lugar que tenía que asistir por lo demás nada No nos avisaron de que no estarían para darnos las llaves, tardaron 1:30 en llegar al sitio después de varias llamadas y mareos. Llego soltó las llaves y la tarjeta del parking sin explicar nada y sin pedir disculpas, a todo esto sin cumplir las medidas de seguridad (se presento sin mascarilla) El parking no estaba en las inmediaciones sino dos manzanas más adelante no explicó nada de cómo acceder a este y tuvimos que cargar con las maletas porque no fue ni por decir mira vamos a subir al apartamento os lo enseño y ya dejáis las cosas y no tenéis que cargar con ellas, no se preocupo por nada sólo de llamar a la día siguiente para que dejase las llaves y la tarjeta del parking en el apartamento. La verdad absoluta solo la tenía él, diciendo que se habían puesto en contacto conmigo esa mañana cosa que era mentira. En fin, desastroso!
