Located on the ground floor (with just a few stairs), the Corbezzolo three-room apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

The apartment, approximately 70 square meters, consists of a kitchen/living room (equipped with a dishwasher, LED TV, oven, cookware, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, etc.), 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with two single beds (which can be converted into a double, if needed)—and a full bathroom with a shower.

Outside, you can enjoy a private, furnished veranda (not shared), the perfect spot for having breakfast in the morning or working outdoors.

The apartment and veranda are exclusive, while the garden, parking, and all outdoor amenities are shared.
