Apartment in a hilly area in Cremia, (10 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants). Completely independent access with private covered parking directly outside the house. Free Wi-Fi service, linen and towels included. Animals are not allowed. Possibility to rent bicycles by arrangement. Contact well in advance for availability and costs. Long-term overnight stays are also evaluated.
The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the lake, living room with open plan kitchen complete with oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

An ideal place to stay in

The flat is spacious, clean, light, well-equipped and offers splendid views on the lake and the surrounding snow-crested mountains. We had long chats with Francesca who is a lovely lady and who gave us plenty of useful advice. We fully recommend Il Girasole.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Comer See. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Verständigung hat trotz dass wir kein italienisch sprachen, sehr gut funktioniert. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt Wanderungen in die Umgebung starten. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich toll.Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.Terrasse und Balkon sind sehr gut ausgestattet und die Sicht ist großartig.Die Vermieter Francesca und Ivan sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mit Hilfe einer Übersetzungsapp konnten wir uns verständigen.Die Nächte waren angenehm ruhig.Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer 1 ist sehr gut, im 2. Schlafzimmer recht durchgelegen.Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Non mancava nulla, pulito e ben arredato. Francesca e suo marito sono molto ospitali, di grande gentilezza, e ottimi consigli per le visite come per ottimi ristoranti. Lo consiglio vivamente! Luigia Maison spacieuse avec une vue sur le lac de Côme merveilleuse. Rien ne manquait, propre et bien décorée. Francesca et son mari sont très accueillants, d'une grande gentillesse, et de très bons conseils pour les visites à ne pas manquer ainsi que pour des très bons restaurants où nous nous sommes régalés. Je recommande fortement !

Gemütliche Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hell und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich. In 10 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß (Fußweg über eine Wiese) gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, der morgens auch Brötchen hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir haben eine sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefunden. Es gab alles was wir für den Urlaub brauchten. Besonders der Vorraum für Schuhe, die Fahrräder... sollte noch erwähnt werden. Perfekt. Nur zu empfehlen...

Très beau séjour dans un très bel endroit

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement vaste, lumineux et très bien agencé. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. A partir de là on peut rayonner facilement dans toute la région où vous trouverez une multitude de choses à faire et à voir. Les propriétaires Francesca et Ivan sont des personnes absolument adorables et si vous pratiquez un peu l'italien vous prendrez un grand plaisir à échanger avec eux. Un petit mot aussi pour Michelle très réactive et claire dans ses explications. En résumé une adresse que nous recommandons hautement.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön groß, sogar das Bad bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Besonders schön sind der Ausblick vom Balkon und der Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super funktioniert, bei Fragen war sie immer gut erreichbar.
