Lucca Vacation

The house is very large on the outskirts of Lucca part way up a hillside in a forested setting, about 10 minutes from the Lucca wall. We enjoyed our two week stay there. The contact, Andrea, met us at the house, and explained every aspect of the property. And he checked in with us in person and by phone several times during our stay. The house contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms, both of which are upstairs, which necessitates climbing about 24 stairs to use them if you are on the first floor. The bedrooms have air conditioning which worked very well. The downstairs has a fully stocked kitchen, a large dining room and in the living room a big screen television, which was very useful in entertaining our young ones. The Internet worked very well. The property has several outdoor seating areas and tables for afternoon Spritzes. The property is gated with fencing all around, again a good feature if you have children. There are a number of good pizza and pasta restaurants within minutes of the property, and grocery stores are within a six minute drive. We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend the property highly.

Tuscan escape

This property is truly a gem that exudes Tuscan charm and is quite a value. The property is located near Lucca but sits on large lot and has plenty of space surrounding the home so that you do not feel encroached upon in any way. My wife and I loved the home and it has been maintained impeccably. The property manager (Andreas) could not have been any nicer. The beds are very comfortable and the AC units are able to keep the bedrooms as cool as you could want. If we ever make it back to Tuscany we will stay here again.

Very good moment in Lucca

Very beautiful house close to Lucca perfect to welcome a family of 8. Andrea was very nice to us and made our stay the best as possible. Comfortable house , fully equiped with air conditioning in the bedrooms (important during this warm summer) , garden is clean and beautiful . Lucca is absolutely nice city to visit and well located in Toscane, pisa, florence , chianti viniards and Livorno.. We stayed 2 weeks in the house and we didn't want to leave at the end.. Do not hesitate to rent this house. Ciao Laetitia and selim
