Not happy with the apartment

We arrived to the place it was super dirty we was 3 adults one baby I book this place because they have two bedrooms and one sofa bed it was super nasty I have even pictures of the place it’s just sad because we aspected something nice The shower was not working the water from the toilet was damaged it’s was nothing professional Then I get to talk to a boy he was nice trying to help but even the people he send for repairing the toilet and the shower they never show up Very important is not that I want to talk bad about the place I just wanted to say it was a big mistake to take your apartment
