Sweetbriar is a 4-bed house, and we can accommodate up to 7 people (or 8 people if one of them needs to sleep in a travel cot!)

More than just a hotel room - you will have a living room in which to relax or entertain, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, so you can prepare your own meal if you wish, and spend less on eating out.

We offer free high-speed WiFi, Sky Entertainment, Sky Sports and Netflix. We also offer convenient amenities like a dishwasher, washer-dryer and ironing facilities, and for that added touch of luxury we also provide a Nespresso coffee machine with a variety of complimentary coffee capsules.

Luxurious bathrooms with all towels and linen are provided, together with complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Being fully serviced, you can expect your home away from home to be immaculately clean.

We welcome families with open arms, and can offer a high chair and a travel cot at no extra cost, upon your request. We also provide a selection of board games for your enjoyment.

Beyond what we expected

Needed an accomodation that was close to the NEC for a convention for 5 of us, the facilities provided was above and beyond, if we were struggling with something help was provided for everything and the communication and care from the property manager was above and beyond. The location was great, 10 minute drive from the NEC, it was easy to get to a bus stop no problem and there were shops in extremely easy accessible distance. The only thing I'd say is that there isn't a lot of comfy seating in the lounge, for 5 it was a struggle, but we managed with cushions. Would highly recommend!

Solihull stay

Property did match the details as advertised. However, I would like to make a couple of suggestions. The garden lets the property down. It could do with attention. There was one piece of patio furniture and it was a 2 seater. We are a family of 6 adults and 1 child so this was not adequate. There were 4 plastic (school like) chairs which were not clean so we had to wash them before we used them. There was no outside table so outdoor dining was a non starter. We did have a problem on the 2nd day with the shower. We rang the number on our paperwork for help. Almost immediately a member of staff arrived and fixed the problem there and then. We were impressed with this quick response.

Great accommodation for Trade shows at NEC

Reasonably priced accommodation, well located for the NEC. Nespresso machine was a very welcome touch. We did feel a little more lounge furniture would have been great as there were bedrooms for 7, but the lounge only seated 3/4. Having said that, the house was otherwise great for our needs. Thank you very much
