PPG stays are proud to present to you our property located just West of Birmingham City Centre. The property within walking distance to Soho Road for local amenities and good transport links.

Our renovated property contains 4 spacious double rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bathrooms. It has a well-furnished dining area where guests can use to hold meetings or host dinner occasion.

Our kitchen is modern and spacious that contains all your cooking utensils required to make your favourite meals. Just stored your ingredients in our stylish cupboard units and in our big American Fridge Freezer. Once you’ve finished cooking there no need to wash up as you can place all cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, and pans in the dishwasher ready to use again.

When you just want to chill and relax, distract yourself from the real world in our living room that includes a Smart TV where you can watch your favourite movies and shows on Amazon or Netflix.

Be rest assured and safe as outside of the property has a 24-hour security camera and free parking!

A short overnight stay, less than 18 hours in the property.

The property has huge potential but falls short on reaching it as a holiday let. Outside space unusable due to roughly strimmed nettles and masses of cigarette butts on the hardstand. The add says ideal size to entertain up to 8 guests but the 5 of us had to eat out due to lack of basic crockery. Bathroom had nice fittings but they functioned poorly, cistern barely flushed and taps were loose. The add is hosted by an intermediary company and checking in details were emailed after we'd left home which was very unhelpful. Took several calls and almost an hour of standing at the doorstep before we could access the property. I paid the full fee at the time of booking only to have the duplicate fee taken by the actual property management company on the day we arrived. Overall a disappointing experience.

Spacious & Clean

Massive rooms, loads of space, really clean and tidy. Huge kitchen and dining room, great for our family. Plenty of bedrooms for us all. Not much stuff in the kitchen (3 mugs!) but everywhere was spotless and very warm - kid of the host to have the heating on for us.
