Within walking distance of many popular tourist sites, shops and eateries. Such include SSE Hydro (4 mins), the SEC (9 mins), Science Centre (7 mins), Cineworld IMAX (9 mins), and Exhibition Centre Stop (5 mins).
The Space:
The property is clean, bright and modern.
Benefits include warm Gas Central Heating, Floor to ceiling windowed balcony doors in lounge leading to balcony with seating, free to use Pool Table, Netflix in the living room, Master bedroom has En-suite shower room & perfect location.
There are two neutrally decorated bedrooms, both fully furnished with space for hanging clothes. The master bedroom also has a separate TV with freeview to avoid any
conflicts!
There is one free, allocated parking spot in the gated development grounds so you and your car will be very secure.

The SSE Hydro events centre is 5 minutes walk away, there is also the Scottish Exhibition Centre (SEC), the Science Centre, the Cineworld IMAX all very close by. In Finnieston, about 5 minutes away, there are a number of trendy eatery's, restaurants and bars to choose from - this location is buzzing and is seen as the "up and coming" spot in Glasgow. For food shopping there is a Nisa Local convenience store at 70 Lancefield Quay and a Sainsburys Local at 32 Anderston Quay (a 2 minute walk away).
Getting Around:
There is one free, allocated parking spot in the gated development grounds so you and your car will be very secure.
Glasgow has an excellent transport system with frequent buses and subways to most locations. You can also make use of the affordable taxis and Uber, particularly if you are carrying heavy bags. If you would like to travel in a healthy and fun way consider renting out a bike and travelling via the various bike routes available.

An authorisation hold of £300 is is made to cover the security deposit, This is released within 7 days of check out. (Please note this does not apply to Airbnb Guests)

There is a remote check-in policy here so guests can arrive and have access at any time after 4pm on the day their stay begins. For check out, guests can leave at any time prior to 10am.
