Nice place

Mario helped us out a lot when we realized that we had no phone service and couldn't get the code for the key. He also responded right away when we had accidentally turned off the hot water. Very nice place and a great view.

Starting for Dubrovnik, South Croatia

The apartment is large with two bedrooms, ideally for 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults. The scenery is nice, but the street to the flat is horrible. About 300m with a steepness of up to 25% and extremely bad road surface. In the beginning it looks very clean, but there have been some areas which are not cleaned/old dirt, especially under the toilet lid. Should be replaced. Going to Dubrovnik could be done by car, bus or bicycle, about 8km to go. Some kitchen tools are missing, e.g. scissors and wooden spoon. But overall to be recommended.

Ruhig und schön gelegen

Insgesamt hat uns das Objekt gut gefallen. Zwar in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Dubrovnik gelegen, jedoch sehr ruhig und fern vom Trubel. Verschiedene Restaurants, Geschäfte und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment war sauber und gepflegt. Einziger Makel ist die zum Haus führende Straße. Sie ist sehr steil und in einem schlechten Zustand. Mit einem SUV durchaus befahrbar, mit einigen PKW-Modellen dürfte es jedoch schwierig werden. Darauf könnte man in der Beschreibung hinweisen.

Schön gelegen mit Aussicht, kleine Schönheitsfehler

Wir fanden die Unterkunft insgesamt sehr gut. Nah an Dubrovnik, nah am örtlichen Strand. Schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse und gute Ausstattung. Die Auffahrt zum Quartier ist steil, mit einem Sharan jedoch gut zu schaffen. Einen flachen Porsche würde ich nicht hochfahren. Nächstes Jahr soll die Straße repariert werden. Kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen wären gut: Reparatur des Sonnenschutzes über der Terrasse. Vielleicht irgendwann auch Fliesen auf der Terrasse. Der Kontakt war nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
