This luxury flat is located in the city centre of Glasgow which is the perfect location to discover the city centre or the West End with it's many cafes and small shops. It is close to the King's theatre and many concert and music venues.

The Space:
The flat is located on an upper floor in a stunning, Art Deco conversion. You will enter the building via a secure communal entry point that takes you into a large communal hallway.
The flat itself has a large, open plan kitchen / living room with seating for meals also. The apartment is neutrally decorated and contains cutlery & cooking equipment to make sure you will not have to be eating out every night (unless that is the plan!). The 'Nespresso' machine will be a welcome addition for those guests who spend time sampling the local nightlife. The bedroom is comfy & carpeted with wardrobe storage also, it has been furnished to a high standard with quality decor and Egyptian cotton bed linens. The main bathroom has a 3 piece suite with a mixer shower over the bath. Lastly, the main living space has stunning and clean flooring, a comfy L-shaped couch, a TV on the wall and a Netflix account available for your use. The couch also doubles as a spare bed, allowing up to 4 guests to stay in the flat. Please note that, there is an extra fee for the sofa bed!

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the west side of Glasgow City Centre and is close to the King's theatre and O2 ABC music venue. There are a number of trendy bars and clubs nearby.
Nearby Finnieston is often referred to as the "hippest place in Britain". With its plethora of trendy bars, classy restaurants, shops & even a concert venue, there is plenty to see & do.
Our recommendations are: Bar - 'The Variety' is a local trendy bar with a diverse crowd. Restaurant - 'Porter & Rye' in Finnieston is a great place to get a top quality piece of cooked meat. Others - 'The SSE Hydro' is minutes away and is quickly becoming one of Scotland's premier music venues.
Getting Around:
The flat has Glasgow's best restaurants and bars on its doorstep and is ideally positioned close to the West End within walking distance of Charing Cross train station. You can also walk to the popular Byres Rd, the SSE Hydro for gigs and SEC Exhibition centre no trouble at all. You have access to the M8 motorway which is minutes from the flat and can take to Edinburgh and beyond - although there is unfortunately no parking with the rental. There are local buses running along Sauchiehall St that can take you all over the city centre. There is a local Tesco express supermarket on the ground floor of the building for all of your household needs.

Interaction with Guests:
There is a remote check-in policy here so guests can arrive and have access at any time after 4pm on the day their stay begins. For check out, guests can leave at any time prior to 10am.
