2 min Walk to Beach - Private Solarium Bungalow

Incredible bungalow in the south of Tenerife, cosy but spacious. It has an exit from the living room to a private terrace equipped with hammocks to enjoy the good climate of the area. There is a large swimming pool in the complex, and if you are more of a beachgoer, it is only 200 metres away!



**Pool. Closed from 3 October to 30 November 2022. Parque Santiago I will provide access to its swimming pool for our guests during this time, the complex is only 150 metres from our accommodation.

Everything very good

We three adults enjoyed 8 days here. The owner allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The property is well equipped, we were short of nothing. Importantly the beds were very comfortable. We would have liked some supplies, salt, pepper, loo roll etc, not a huge deal. There’s a supermarket on site. Any questions were answered promptly. I have to inform you that this is not a bungalow! It’s over two floors and there are a number of steps in the complex. I mistakenly gave 5 stars for accuracy in this respect and couldn’t change it but hey.

Check in was smooth a lovely girl met us on time 9 pm with the apartment keys, it did cost us 40 euros I think 9pm was out of office hours.The complex is in a great location, beach, shopping, bars, eating places, taxis and buses all at hand.Downstairs has a modern toilet with a great shower, nicely laid out modern kitchen with new modern appliances and all the utensils you would ever need ,in a cupboard off the kitchen there’s a modern washing machine.It has a great size well furnished sitting/dining area which benefits from a good dining table and large modern tv, it also has sliding doors to a large well furnished outdoor terrace which has a gate that takes you to the pool area, you wouldn’t pay for beds or that at the pool side as you have them in your large furnished terrace.Upstairs bed 1 is an alright size has two comfortable beds, it benefits from a good size balcony with a pool view and lots of wardrobe space.Bed 2 again is an alright size and benefits from lots of wardrobe space.Bed covers in both rooms are cosy and noticeably better quality than they look in the pictures.There’s a good sized modern toilet, again it has a great shower.Our apartment manager speedily fixed a door lock issue during our stay.There’s no safe key, the apartment owner holds the safe key maybe there’s a pattern of past guests misplacing the key, we managed around this.The sitting room sofa and cushions are nice but would benefit from a clean up.
